Green Tech has taken over the IT needs for our company and I can't say enough about how wonderful they have been to work with. All of our IT needs are taken care of right away and they explain everything in great detail. We are so happy with our choice to switch to Green Tech!

I have nothing bad to say about this company. They are reputable and quick to meet my needs of websites I maintain. Updates are done in an efficient matter and take no longer then a few hours compared to other companies which use to take days. Quotes were also very detailed and delivered in a timely matter along with a friendly followup call with zero pressure. I highly recommend Gary Green and his company! Thanks guys!

Using Green Technology Services was one of the best decisions our company ever made. They are always available - nothing is too small or too large for them to do and their support staff is wonderful. Also, with other IT companies, you pay a monthly fee (just to have them available) and then everything else is usually an extra charge. Not so with Green Tech - the monthly fee (lower than most IT companies) includes everything! Even big projects. Gary Green and John Giordano know their stuff and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new IT company for their business.

Green Technology is a fantastic organization, with great employees. Their tech service responds promptly to changes needed for websites, and fantastic customer service when you have to call in! They want to ensure your website is excellent and making sure they leave their customers satisfied. I always recommend others to use the company if they are looking to develop websites!

We have been using Green Technology Services for almost 5 years and in all that time we never have had any problems. In fact our website has received a National Award for our website for 4 years running by the Antique Automobile Club of America. We will be receiving this Master Webmaster Award again next month at our National Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.

I am always impressed and appreciative of how fast Colleen and the rest of the web team are able to update my organization's website. I recently had a time sensitive update for the website, which I anticipated they would need until the end of the day to make the changes. I was pleasantly surprised the task was completed within an hour of me sending the email. I am glad to be working with such friendly efficient people.

Green Technology Services took our website to a new level of excellence! We work with Colleen on a weekly basis, upgrading and making changes to our site and have had experienced "zero" issues. In fact, Colleen's design ideas are usually at a higher quality then we had initially envisioned ourselves, making our non-profit's reputation even higher.

To the Owner: from the reviews your company starts with delivering high quality of services - though lacking on retention customer service skills: I am a professional Retention specialist for a international communications company and I deal with customers who have signed contracts electronically, too. The one thing I would offer is to weight your choices - We can always choose your actions though we can't choose our consequences - Meaning that when you publically engage a customer which has a public base as large as the one you claimed to have started a hate campaign against your company over a remaining few months and a small amount of (ETF) Early Termination Fee. A public statement rebuttal action may produce a double negative consequence. One you will not get referrals from the customer to his large public base, and it damages the company's integrity. When skillfully handled both you and your customer would have produced a resolution that will make you future money and a customer happy to do repeat services. So your one star is based on lack of customer service skill.
