Absolutely appalling customer service, avoid this store at all costs.
Iām a woman who came in with a completely reasonable concern: the fertilizer they sold me burned my lawn, turning it yellow and damaging the grass within days of application. I followed the instructions precisely, only used 1/4 of the bag, and applied it on a sunny day just as directed.
Instead of offering any support or solution, the man working there yelled at me, literally raised his voice, blaming me for the damage and dismissing my concerns entirely. He accused me of āacting like heās stupidā and kept repeating that heās ābeen doing this for 25 yearsā as if that excuses poor behavior and a faulty product. His tone was aggressive, condescending, and clearly meant to intimidate me.
To make it worse, they refused to accept a return despite the product being mostly unused and clearly defective in its effect. There was zero accountability, no professionalism, and certainly no respect.
If youāre expecting helpful advice or even basic courtesy, especially as a woman, look elsewhere. This place does not deserve your business. I deeply regret spending a cent here.

So friendly and helpful. Picked up some pelletized Urea for blitzing my lawn with Nitrogen, great price for the 50lb bag. Also had grabbed the Burlington blend of grass seed last fall, and I must say it has established itself beautifully and is super green, full, and best of all, slow growing (so less mowing š)
