I was at Lab Corp yesterday. They were extremely busy with only 2 people on staff. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. GREAT JOB

I always make an appt . Sometimes they are busy but still move quickly. I’ve fainted at past blood draws and they are always kind and let me lay down. Also never had a time where they had to poke me multiple times trying to do a draw, always a great job.

They’re a little rude in here. I didn’t like how they had a bunch or urine samples lined up on the counter outside of the bathroom. I thought that was really gross. The woman who drew my blood i don’t recall her name but she was Caucasian she was really rude had an attitude it was so bad i almost asked her if someone else can draw my blood. If you’re gonna have an attitude don’t come to work. Simple 😂. We didn’t make you sign up to be a phlebotomist. Everytime i asked her how many tubes was she gonna collect she’s like “ idk i have to count “ she said it really rude got all the tubes into the bin and still didn’t tell me so im like whatever. 1 person works at the front desk 1 in the back collecting samples. Patients are lined up against the wall waiting for a room to open to collect their samples. Just a bunch of people lined up is weird rather than waiting in a waiting room to be called by name one by one. But overall she did a good job drawing my blood. Other than that i wouldn’t come to this location again and they’re results takes forever to get back to the PCP

They open up at 7:00 and close at 2:00. Not open on the weekends.
Today, May 9th, at opening, there’s a line of people waiting to check in. At least 10. On top of that, all the seats inside are full. I was dropping off a sample, not getting bloodwork.
They’re running way too slowly. One of the ladies comes out front to help others check in. I asked if I could drop this off and she says I need to wait. I can’t. Why is there a line this long? All the info is filled out on the sample, and I checked in. I used the bathroom and dropped the sample off in the back where they’re collected.
I get grilled by the receptionist (black woman with an accent) on the way back. Yelling at me asking if the information is filled out on the cup. I said yes. Then proceeds to yell “you’ll wait out here until I call you”. Then yells to her coworkers “I told you we’re need a locking mechanism on this door”. So, I went back and grabbed my sample and walked out.
This isn’t the first time this woman got an attitude. And definitely not just with me. Seems like she has an attitude with White people. She could’ve handled it better. Very unprofessional.
Are you telling me these people can’t read a sample? All the information was provided. And I checked in. The form was sent electronically yesterday by the doctor.
Why isn’t there anyone else helping? Why is there a line out the door when you first open? Are you allowing patients to triple book? This location is ridiculous.

I dread getting bloodwork here as they have been extremely rude and unprofessional at each visit. Do not recommend!

Very busy. It helps to make an appointment. I could tell the lab tech does blood work a hundred times a day. I tend to pass out when I get labs done, but here, I was totally fine.

My 1year old son needed bloodwork done and this place was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. I believe the lady name was Anna who drew his blood and she was exceptional. There was at least 5ppl ahead of us but we were in and out in less than 30mins

This was my second experience at the Columbus location. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences there. Friendly, efficient and didn’t laugh at me for my fear of needles ? of course when everything was finished I couldn’t believe that I was fearful. My nurse/tech was friendly, gentle, fast and efficient. This is the only location for me and my family!

I walked in for some ordered blood tests and the staff is so nice and efficient! I was a little nervous based on other reviews I read but I was very pleased with my visit. Checkin was seamless, the waiting room is clean and decently sized, and the phlebotomist was so nice and good at her job. I was in and out in 15 min(and their waiting room was quite busy). I also didn’t have an appointment ahead of time. I’ll definitely utilize this Labcorp again!

I had a terrible experience at LabCorp. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30 AM, and despite fasting for the blood work, I was not finished until nearly 12 PM. The receptionist was extremely rude, showing zero professionalism. As the waiting area filled up, the staff became more chaotic and unorganized, with the receptionist loudly berating her coworkers.
To make matters worse, the supervisor herself took my blood, and she was shockingly unskilled. She took blood from my RADIAL ARTERY!! She jabbed the needle into my arm with such force that I felt pain for days and ended up with a massive bruise. I've had countless blood tests over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The level of incompetence and lack of care at this location is unacceptable.
I am deeply dissatisfied and will never return to this LabCorp. If you value your time and well-being, avoid this place at all costs. If I can give zero stars I would! There are plenty of other facilities that provide better service and care. This was beyond disappointing and utterly infuriating.

don't be fooled by a 2:30 closing. After driving all the way here because others close at 2pm, they won't even check you in after 2:15
You should not show it as a 2:30 closing, people leave work early to try and make this time frame, only to be told "we are closed" It is obvious these lab tech do not want to work and always seem so miserable
