They change the status of your packages to “Your item is being held at the post office. This is at the request of the customer” without ever corresponding with or attempting to contact the customer. This is fraud and a huge inconvenience because you can’t reach an employee on the phone at this location. No one at this office ever answers the phone so you can’t fix the status they fraudulently changed. They don’t care about their customers.

unfortunately they have one customer service representative (Cynthia) that should go into another line of work. Customer service is not her thing. I think she takes pleasure in giving customers a hard time. She should take lessons from her co-workers who are friendly and respectful to there customers. I now take my business to another local Post Office.
