“I was debating on where to take my Kitten, Kiwi, to get her spay. I am so thankful I decided on Ace of Spays. The staff is fantastic — they were kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. I did not meet the Dr; however, clearly she knows exactly what she’s doing. Kiwi has the smallest scar (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she bounced back right away. Their pricing was a highlight as well — all in all under $200 (my regular vet was charging $1200). I highly recommend Ace of Spays. Thank you guys!”

“I adopted my 6th cat (Yes, I know) from ACCT Philly. He had a few things that needed to be checked out. I recently moved to a neighborhood across the street from Woodbourne Veterinary hospital. When a co-worker came to visit me at my new house she remarked that that was her vet and she really liked them. When I knew I was going to pick up a new cat I called and made an appointment first of all they got me in in less than 48 hours. I called Monday late afternoon and got an appointment for Wednesday morning. I took Charlie, my new 9-year-old cat to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital. Charlie had a full examination including of his teeth. I asked if he be tested for feline leukemia so they do blood and did that. He was negative. But I asked that he be vaccinated because sometimes my other cats escape with my dog so just in case he got out... So Charlie had a full examination a blood test for feline leukemia and the vaccination and I paid $99!!!!!!! I had to give a $35 deposit when I made the appointment. This is only for brand new patients. But it applied to the care. And I was billed 65 on the day of the appointment. I cannot believe how economical it was.! The doctor was great! So kind and friendly, yet thorough and he even suggested I could wait a year, and save some money, because his teeth weren't as bad as I thought! I have been taking all of my pets to a local non-profit low cost clinic for their care. And I absolutely love that place. But now that I've moved I'm further away. I will be taking all of my five other pets to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital! When we got home Charlie was pooped. But I was glad to know that he was in pretty good health! And fully vaccinated against any dangers.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this vet’s office. My cat is usually very aggressive during vet visits, which always makes me anxious, but the entire team handled the situation with so much patience and care. The staff truly took their time with him, never rushing, and even provided treats to help keep him calm and comfortable throughout the visit. On top of that, after I was scratched by my cat, the vet techs and receptionist immediately stepped in to provide me with first aid care. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, making sure I was okay while still keeping my cat’s needs a priority. It’s clear this office genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. Their compassion, professionalism, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend them to anyone—especially pet parents with anxious or reactive animals.”

“Dr. Lanzetti did another wonderful job on my little girl Sheena. She did a procedure on her 4 years ago removing a tumor from a different location. All of the staff are very kind and courteous. The cost was relatively reasonable, although it seems like it was higher than with the previous procedure which was more involved. Overall, I am very confident in their care of my baby. “I’m new to the area and hadn’t had a chance to research veterinarians yet, since I wasn’t expecting to need one right away. But when I needed an appointment quickly, Old York was able to see me right away, and I’m so grateful. I met with Dr. Costantino, and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to talk with me in a way that felt comfortable and down to earth, and it was clear how much she cared about my pet. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in the care we received. I’ll admit, when I first looked up reviews while trying to find a vet on short notice, I almost passed this clinic by because some of the recent reviews were mixed. It seemed like a previous doctor had left, and a few unhappy patients may have left negative feedback as a result. Since I was in a bind, I decided to give it a chance anyway and I’m so glad I did because my experience was completely positive. The staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and the care was excellent. After this visit, I know we’ve found a new home for our pets with Dr. Costantino and this clinic. I don’t leave many reviews, but I wanted to share this in case anyone else is in the same position I was. Don’t let a few Kranky Karens scare you away like I would have. This place was great, and I highly recommend them ?”

“We had to book appointments for an upcoming PCS. We never knew this was a gem. The employees have been extremely kind and patient towards our rescue, from the desk employees to the vet; she never cried once and all staff gave precise and complete information. The vet also noticed her ear and gave an explanation, that several vets before him (2 vet at different veterinary ERs and 3 local vets) have NEVER noticed. This says a lot. Recommended!”

She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. “I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tsun. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly patient, kind, and deeply empathetic. She truly listened to my concerns, validated them, and never once brushed anything off. Dr. Tsun took the time to thoroughly explain each diagnostic test like why it was being done and how it would help bring us closer to an answer which made an overwhelming situation feel more manageable and informed. Sadly, my sweet cat was diagnosed with end-stage cancer, but Dr. Tsun handled the entire process with such compassion and grace. She made an incredibly painful experience as gentle and painless as possible, always checking in to make sure my cat was comfortable and doing okay. Her care extended not just to my pet, but to me as well, and that meant more than I can put into words. I am so grateful for Dr. Tsun’s expertise, honesty, and kindness, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate emergency veterinary care.”

“Dr. Krishnan took excellent care of our pup Axel. He went through an annual check-up, teeth cleaning, & tooth extractions. The care he received was top notch. When we discovered he had an aggressive cancer in his mouth, Dr. Krishnan was with us every step of the way through the discovery & acceptance process. She was incredibly patient and answered our numerous questions & concerns. When his quality of life dropped, Dr. Krishnan & the rest of the staff were incredibly supportive and patient throughout the process. We could not have asked for a more peaceful process. We now have two new pups and they are also going to Banfield in Hamilton. Regarding the Wellness Plan...we had it for Axel & we have it for both our new pups. The only negative thing I have to say about the plan (not the location) is that when Axel passed, I had to continue to make the remaining annual payments / cover the discounts on the services provided. I would completely understand if I voluntarily chose to leave the plan. However, doing this b/c a dog dies is incredibly brutal and does not seem to be a good business practice.”
