It was incredible. McDudley even went on line to search for what I needed. McDudley was very kind and truly wanted to help me. He was very professional and knew where everything was in the store, he saved me so much time. I spoke to the manager and she agreed that Mcdudley is an outstanding associate. I failed to get the managers name , she is also outstanding, every time I go in there she is always greeting customers with a big smile and a hello. Their team was professional, thorough, and direct in identifying the deficiencies in the prior repairs. They clearly explained what was not done to proper standards and documented everything in detail.

“Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. “I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! It's so rare in my experience for people to go out of the way like this and help others that I just wanted to send my thanks!!!”

First, the repairs were impeccable, leaving the car looking like new. Second, Caliber's customer service team at this location is phenomenal. Roseanne at the front desk was friendly, personable, and helpful. Trevor managed my case from beginning to end, and he was exceptionally clear and professional throughout. I received regular updates via phone about the progress they were making on my repairs, and they even went out of their way to show me where some prior improper repairs had been made by the previous owner.

“On Wednesday 2/11 at 12pm, I got rear ended at the corner of 320/420 and my bumper got pretty damaged. I was able to get into Rocco’s by 3pm. Geico estimated 6 days for the repair, but I got the call late Friday afternoon that it was already done! Not only does my bumper look good as new but my whole car is clean now too!
