One of my tail lights was out so I went here to purchase one, and I was helped immediately by Luis. He was super polite, courteous and helpful. Not only did he help me find the right light, but he even went to my car with me to show me how to install it. So not only did I find the right light, but I also learnt something that I wouldn’t have otherwise. A+ for customer service. It’s rare to see such stellar customer service. And just for that, Autozone in Mantua has earned a repeat customer! Luis is AWESOME!!

Help is something you probably won't get here but what else is new. Low prices is something else you won't find. However if you need something now, what choices do you have? If you can wait a day or two, save a minimum of 50% and order online.

Sandy was WONDERFUL! all the bolts from my tail lights were missing and the lights were hanging off, she spent 30 minutes trying multiple bolts and options to get them to stay tight the moment the store opened. Super thankful for the help because I didn’t know what I needed at all. And she had a smile on her face the whole time!

Not too happy with my experience today at 12:30pm when I went to purchase wipers for my car. I came in and was greeted and when I mentioned what I needed, the associate rattled off numbers very quickly and directed me to the aisle. After a few minutes and not finding what I needed, and being a little confused, I looked over and all 3 associates working were standing behind the counter. I grabbed my car manual, went back to the aisle and continued to look for what I needed 0 still no help and so I looked over and again, standing around associates......finally the original person came over and said "what's the problem here?" In a very snarky tone. No, "how can I help you?" "Are you having trouble finding what you need?"I mentioned how the numbers were not the same in my book as was quoted and that I couldn't find my rear wiper either...to which she replied, "you didn't tell me you needed that." In an even snarkier tone. She looked it up and replied that she didn't have it in stock.Based on the poor service, rudeness of the clerk, everyone standing around not helping, I CHOSE to take my money elsewhere. No reason for the snip in her voice.

Myllisa the manager was SUPER rude. Im taking my commercial business elsewhere. Haven’t had problems with the other managers at this store though. Myllisa was so rude and snobby and kept making rude remarks.

Came in at night and Needed help with putting in my battery and correcting a mistake with my account. Kev helped me not only with the fully installing my battery but with solving any other issues. He was a great help and I would ask for his assistance every time I come.

Stopped in to have my battery checked because my car wasn't starting right. Turns out I had a bad battery, but Kevin had a new battery installed in like 20 minutes! Super grateful he could help out this busy mom so quickly!

I want to recommend this place specially the associate Nick in the shift on Monday afternoon. Nick is amazing, respectful and empathetic with the customers. Really Auto Zone on Bridgeton Pike Mantua NJ has great staff. Thank you so much Nick! keep going.

Stopped in my Mantua Auto Zone yesterday to get windshield wipers. Stan was very kind and helpful. I explained I had purchased 3 different brands in the last year and they all rubbed or skipped. Stan came out to my car with paper towels and cleaner to see if maybe mine were just dirty. After wiping them off they still rubbed. He suggested Bosch snow wipers. I was surprised at the $20 price tag, I assumed they would more. He explained yes they make more expensive ones but he used these and he really liked them. Here’s to Stan???? for the first time in over a year my windshield wipers are SILENT. I really appreciate the extra couple minutes (in the rain I should add) that Stan took to help me.
