The interaction as a whole went wonderfully and the service was fantastic. “I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. “Very big selection of regular everyday things to vintage and antique. The usual and unusual. Quality made rustic style wood furniture. And Steve in the front left of the building is the resident instrument guy. Knowledgeable and very personable with fair prices on a very good little selection of instruments, that he said is going to grow soon. The 2 beautiful women working the register were very nice. We had several laughs together while talking and I left smiling. I’d suggest for anyone who’s interested in antiques, furniture, instruments, and just making other peoples trash their treasure to stop in and check them out!”

“Recent renovations in our Shore condo required lamp shade replacements for seven lamps of various shapes and styles. Kelly Conte encouraged us to bring our lamps in and they would help choose the best style and size shade from their extensive on site collection. When we returned with our lamps we were warmly greeted by Matt Conte who quickly laid out several styles of shade that complimented each lamp. While the shades were close in size, Matt showed us how small changes in height could be achieved with risers, larger alterations could be had with various sized harps. He patiently made these changes until a new shade was perched perfectly on each lamp.
While we were choosing our shades Vince Conte noticed that one of our lamps had a loose harp and socket. He kindly made the needed repairs.

“We bought our patio set from Gasper Exterior Furnishings a few years ago and recently had an issue with the firepit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had discontinued the model — a higher-end unit that still looked like new but had stopped working.
Eli and the team at Gasper were absolutely AMAZING. Instead of trying to sell us a whole new firepit, Eli connected us with George to repair it and even worked directly with the supplier to locate and order a replacement insert. That kind of service — years after the original purchase — is almost unheard of.

“For deliveries they receive from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:00 pm, it is relatively easy to get on the ramp but you have to reverse from the corner, the difficult thing is to get to this place since the streets are very narrow and always full of parked cars the easiest route for trucks is to take exit 8 of 95 north and turn right on Chester Pike then turn left on Clifton Ave and right again on Pusey Ave and finally on the Roberta Ave turn to the left and reverse towards the warehouse, I hope it helps you so that you don't struggle like I did, otherwise the service is good although the unloading is a little slow because it is done by hand, and finally I I arrived at night and was able to spend the night here without a problem. I changed the rating just because they are very kind ?”
“I bought livingroom furniture at Brother's back in 2017. Now that my kids are older, it's time to buy new furnishings again and I liked Brother's so much the first time that I'm returning in 2023 because my first experience was really great. I'll let you know how this visit goes later.”
