“I was recently gifted a new GE gas oven. I hooked it up, but it sounded like the gas flow was a bit louder than normal. I called another appliance repair company initially and they wouldn't even come out to look at my stove because it wasn't brand new, and I had hooked it up to the gas source myself. The tech from Johnnie's was professional, courteous, offered additional helpful tips, and most importantly, he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Worth the service fee for peace of mind and a pleasant interaction. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I’ve been going to Home Depot for many years. I’m a particular fan of their Behr brand paint. I am new to this immediate area, so this Lawnside location is new to me. I have to say, the employees I encountered were EXCELLENT. Janai (sp?) in the paint department was amazing. She was very friendly, approachable, pleasant, professional, and, most importantly, KNOWLEDGABLE! It was a pleasure to work with her to select my paints and she made great recommendations as far as the right type and color of primer for my door, etc. I have a good basic knowledge of painting and some experience, but it was very helpful to have her explain options, the differences, what works best where, etc.
At one point while Janai was mixing my paint (there was another very friendly and helpful young man working with her whose name I did not get), I went to look at window shutters. I was having trouble finding them so I asked a gentleman working in building materials. He pointed me back in the right direction, gave me the aisle number and told me where exactly I’d find them. He could not have been more professional or seem happier to help me. I headed down towards the shutters which was quite a ways down, as I had walked right past them before. When I went to turn down the aisle, I heard him call from just behind me to remind me EXACTLY where they were. He went out of his way and just provided excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten his name because I love to give great employees recognition and gratitude. He appeared to be a light skin black man (sorry for the poor description) guessing maybe mid-50s to mid-60s and he wore glasses if I remember correctly. He was working in the lumber wood area and basically walked with me to the shutters. I would love for management to recognize this gentleman and Janai for being great to their customers.”
“I wanted something to protect cabinet doors from being dented by hitting the corners of the range hood. I bought a sheet of 75 small bumpers directly from Bumper Specialties. They were shipped quickly, inexpensive, and work perfectly. Easy to apply to the edges of the range hood, and unobtrusive. Yes, I needed only two, but now I have 73 spares if these wear out!”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. “I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“This review is not for the actual store, but who the store subs out to for installations. Marino was extremely helpful. Did a great job in setting up the 75 inch! TV made sure everything worked properly, settings were correct. I know this might not sound like a difficult task however when you’re seniors, it’s difficult to lift a 75 inch TV and install it. Marino did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable and personable! They came on the day and time allotted. Thank you team!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
“I was dreading getting a new phone because in the past the process has always been a nightmare. With pushy salespeople, issues with transferring phones, I kept putting off getting a new phone until I absolutely had to. My phone was acting up so I decided it was time to get a new one. I went to Best Buy on Columbus blvd Wednesday March 4 and could not be happier with the customer service and care I received. I feel bad because the two guys that helped me, I didn't get their names, but I hope the manager reading this knows who was working that shift. One of the guys was training, he was super friendly and personable. The other guy, his name may be Nathan, made the process so easy. He walked me through options on which phone made sense for me, was patient with questions I had, and helped me set up the phone. Everything was seamless. I would definitely go back to this Best Buy and recommend to anyone else. Thanks for the great service!”

“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! “I had an excellent customer service experience at this Home Depot during the pandemic. I only wish I'd taken down the names of the associates who made it that way. Although their online order system was down when I arrived, and the line was wrapped around the building, when I asked one of the staff members outside the store about my curbside pickup order he personally ensured that I was able to get it right then and there. With the help of two other staff members, this young man tracked down my item and within 15 minutes I walked out the door, despite the long line and their online system not functioning. 5 star customer service during a time when employees were under high stress made it all the more a standout experience.”
