JR helped me when another store with luxury appliances delivered a range with a broken handle and lost my refrigerator. My new refrigerator is a gorgeous upgrade at comparable cost, available in 3 days, and fits in the same spot. “I found everything I needed and they're very good products but the price has got out of hand everyone's using covid-19 it's Creed corporate greed mismanagement of the stores you can walk the stores see the products that are damaged just by Fork trucks moving stuff around if there were more careful they can increase their profit by diamond ring less and bring the prices down plus the Isles are very very cluttered very bad for business and liability issues in my opinion but I don't mind it just store or stores or I can guarantee you they would be clean all the time and not cluttered we're causing a safety issue”

“Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!!”
“So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. He also made sure I had a surge protector and everything I needed to make sure I had the best experience with what I wanted. Glad there is still good people who care. Thanks Nick.Return visit. “I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately.The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU.”
“Love Aaron's. Bought lots of appliances off the floor for about $300 less than a new one. I furnished my entire house with all of the furniture there! Yeah the financing is high but it's perfect cause it was all new and if you can't get credit like me ...the payments are great. I just ordered three more things and I will be getting more. I highly recommend Aaron's for electronics and laptops, furniture.”

“Today was def a different vibe at Home Depot as understandably the store was modified to adjust to Covid19 protocol. Staff seemed friendlier than usual while explaining the reason for a 5 minute per 2 customer wait time to enter the store. Everything was cleaner and neater than usual, and just as busy as ever. It takes me about an hour and a half to find the one thing I was looking for while buying 23 other things I probably won't use for another 6 months, but hey I'm only huuummaaaaann! One thing that I'm glad FINALLY happen is that all the door accessory products like door sweeps were in the actual door section and not down some random aisle. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT! The checkout line moved pretty darn fast which doesn't happen too often!”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills.Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”
“I am putting on an addition, and had to pick up my vanity tops , it was 4pm my sitter was about to leave , and we couldn't figure out where the tops that I paid for were.Enter Bob & Sam , two of the nicest men who not only helped me get my stuff but insisted on putting it in my car for me ! “I've been an Aaron's customer for year's. Everything in my house was from Aaron's, I love all the employees and their manager are kind, cordial and they are very attentive to my every needs. I moved to Puerto Rico ?? and I'm still getting my service from them, though I've had some problems with my automated payments from time to time, they alway make sure to correct the problem. This is not something they can't help. If the computers are down you just have to have a bit of patience until the problem is corrected, when that happened I give them a call and make my payment over the phone. No big deal.. I know that no matter what I need they will always find the way to make me happy. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ? because they are my super heroes. ?”

“When I tell you this Home Depot saved my boyfriend and I and our huge move. After Uhaul had SCREWED us over this Home Depot had a moving truck for us available and literally saved the day. I can't tell you how genuine and nice the people working here were and how much they really tried to help us. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. THANK YOU!!! If you are planning on getting a moving truck do NOT do Uhaul and do Home Depot!! They are the best, truly so nice.”

“Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .”
