Ok so I order a refrigeator from Lowes early in the afternoon about 12pm. My order was confirmed and I received a delivery window for the next day. Now the only reason I ordered from Lowes because the web site said next day delivery so I thought oh great I have no refrigerator, no food in my house I need this ASAP. Well in the middle of the night I received a delviery update notification that Lowes Mantua had send my order to Wilington and MY REFRIGERATOR COULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THURSDAY!!!! THURSDAY!!!. So, the web site advertisement and also all the text confirmations, why was this order not transferred to store where it could have still been delivered in the same time frame instead of just being dumped on any store and leaving me withou a refrigerator for 6 days. This is ridiculous, Lowes literally had all day to look for another store AFTER confirming arounf 6:45 pm what time it would be delivered to me. Now I am stuck on an early Saturday morning, calling around all of my local Lowes stores trying to ON MY OWN a way to get this delivered today or next day. LOWES DO BETTER WITH YOUR DELIVERIES AND WEB SITE. Literally EVERY Lowes in my area about 10 of them say the refrigerator is in stock and can be delivered TOMORROW. After, calling LITERALLY that is a LIE!!!! I was told when the item say 1 that usually means none because they are speaking of the one that is one display. THANK GOD for the other knowledgeable associates at the other Lowes store. I will never, EVER shop at Lowes in Mantua or purchase ANYTHING from Lowes that has to be delivered. Their delivery system is a JOKE and the fact that all day you could not route my order to another store to get it to me on time, but I get a notification email 11:34 pm telling me I won't get my frig until THURSDAY when I was supposed to have it SATURDAY!!!!Utterly disgusted and pissed... NEVER AGAIN LOWES!!!!! I am praying this get to corporate DO BETTER LOWES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!

first let me state that my business and the businesses I sub contract for shop at the home Depot in Mantua and have spent close to $100,000tgis year. typically I've had a great experience.
the last time I went, today, the assistant manager TOM, was the rudest person I've ever interacted with!! for that reason they lost my business. do not shop at this home Depot.

Incompetence galore! We purchased a refrigerator from them on Black Friday, opting for delivery and installation. I then got an email from them confirming delivery on 12/16. Today, on 12/2, they dumped our fridge off at the front of the house, and as I scrambled to get my shoes on and help with installation, I see the truck drivers driving away.I called them afterwards, spending over 30 minutes on hold with them, only to hear them say I never paid for installation. Now I'm stuck having to somehow get a heavy fridge into our basement.I used to love coming here, but from now on, Lowe's will be getting my business. It's better, it's cleaner, and their employees actually want to help their customers.

It took 6 months to get our microwave. We also payed to have it installed. They came opened the box it was broken so we refused it. They never reordered it. We had to call and they said we refused it, but never gave us our money back. So again they tried to send us another one. This time the people who came to install it said they couldn’t do it because of our back splash but, could install it as a side job. So we declined it. We just want our money back and don’t want to deal with this kind of chaos again. Horrible service !

If you want to see men of all ages standing around doing nothing, this is the place for you! But lord help you if you actually need to find something. On a weekday evening there were about 5 staff for every one customer, but nobody would actually help me. A middle-aged guy passed me down to a younger guy, who passed me down to a really young guy who acted like he'd never even been in the store. He answered all of my questions with "I don't know." Meanwhile three employee-dudes are hanging out in the same aisle shooting the breeze, audibly dropping f-bombs, and practicing throwing a plastic soda bottle in the trash can. An hour later, I finally have what I need and am looking at a cordless drill. But suddenly there's nobody around AT ALL to access the locked up boxes under the display. So this morning I ordered a DeWalt from Amazon for same day delivery. I wonder why nobody wants to shop retail anymore.

Invisible treatment yesterday May 16th @10-11am in the door section. I went to this location to purchase a new siding door and inquire about installation. I was the clearly seen by the associate in the area because he walked past me to help another shopper. I was never so disrespected, it seems like this person need some additional customer service training or diversity training because he made it very clear that he didn't want to help me.

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I call the Home Depot in Sicklerville, New Jersey. where I purchased the item, ask to speak to a manager. I am connected to someone who says " I have a manager's phon

Went to Home Depot a couple days ago and was waiting in line to check out. The employee Leslyn then told us that she was "not open" as she was standing at the register with her light on. As we were walking away she made a rude facial gesture and rolled her eyes at us. Went back today to make a couple more purchases and as we were walking to the self check out, Leslyn told us she was open, and we told her "we are using the self check out" She then had another remark on her face and proceeded to tell us, loud enough for others to hear to "keep Americans working" as we were walking to the self check out register. As we were checking out, she went to another employee standing behind us as was talking about us. I understand the self check out can create less job positions for cashiers, but especially during the virus right now, if you have the self check out open and available and a customer prefers to use it, making that opinionated comment to a customer was uncalled for.

Terrific Home Depot!! Very organized and clean, found everything I needed, although getting help requires a few minutes. One of the best Home Depot's I've seen. Extremely efficient curbside pick up process with clear signs. I visited during the coronavirus pandemic. Also the queue for checking out was great compared to other stores. Clean and well lit, fully stocked. As usual it's tricky finding help. Especially when a few are talking together and laughing about something as I watch. Nonetheless the best Home Depot in the area and one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended if choosing between Home Depot's. It's also better than the local Lowe's too by the way. .

Make sure all customers are wearing masks. Just saw a post on FB, customer without mask in your store. Why was he allowed inside? Get with it! He could be spreading the virus!

I recently purchased a couple sheets of 3/4” maple plywood to build a cabinet and noticed when I got them home the inventory stickers were placed on the finished side, thought no big deal and removed them. Boy was I wrong, built the entire cabinet and when I went to finish it I had square patches on the doors and side of the cabinet that would not take stain due to the adhesive from the stickers that Home Depot puts on them. Talk about infuriating. My suggestion would be to teach the employees not to place the stickers on the finished side as it ruins it and when you are paying $50 plus for a sheet of plywood you should not have to deal with this.

Home Depot in Mantua outperformed Lowe’s big time with curbside pickup, loading car. Wow, Home Depot had huge walls of mulch bags to mark curbside pickup entry lane, very clear directions, answered phone immediately and very courteous. I was at Lowe’s this week and while very nice, they didn’t have it quite together compared to Home Depot. A+ !!!! Jim was very nice and helpful. Super efficient.

If we are not allowed to gather, which I agree , why is Home Depot in Mantua allowed to be mobbed? No limiting the number in the store. People are doing crafts and home projects, not first responders. Also no personal protective equipment(hand gel, wipes) given out to employees. They sold it all!! Keeping the retailers unrestricted is NOT a great idea!!!
