Absolutely the worst tax experience we have ever had at this location and my wife and I have been coming to this location for 11 years.Not only being rushed but the lack of knowledge and “computer glitches” made this visit excruciating. HR block I hope you enjoyed our business while it lasted but we will not be returning. Really wishing Theresa was still here, may she Rest In Peace.

My tax professional Michael Brown at the Mantua office in NJ was very courteous and informative with my tax preparation.
