No pressure during sale. She was friendly and helpful. She even cleaned our wedding rings as I was making my decision.When I was engaged six years ago. My engagement ring was purchased here. A few years later one of the sapphire stones fell out. They offered to repair it for free. And that's exactly what they did. If you're going to buy some quality jewelry go to Zales located inside the Deptford Mall. You will not regret it.I highly recommend this store.”
“I took my fiancé's engagement ring here after the center stone of the ring was knocked crooked into the setting. They weren't open when I arrived, and as I was walking back to my car Anne ran up and opened the door and continued to drop everything in her hands to help me. I later met with Brian to discuss what he thought would be a good solution and went over some options. He was extremely thorough in explaining why he thought the problem occurred and his recommendation on how to avoid it happening again. The setting took roughly a week to arrive, very fast I thought. The setting arrived the Thursday before Easter and Brian explained that they wouldn't be open until the following week so he was going to do what he could to get the ring done before leaving for the holiday weekend. Sure enough he finished the ring, I picked it up late in the evening around 8 so I know he stayed open late just to finish this. The ring looked absolutely amazing, and my fiancé loved it. Overall, everything about this experience was great from the first experience with Anne, to the communication, down to the box that the ring came back to me in, containing a light when opened, that made the display of the ring just priceless. Made me regret not knowing of this place before originally getting the ring! If you are looking to purchase, looking for repairs/maintenance, or just need some information on jewelry, this is the place to go. By the way I never write reviews, I did so for here because it's truly deserved.”
