The men’s big and talls section in store is a joke. It’s a rack or two at best. Kohls used to have a good big and talls section but not anymore. Will be heading to other stores for big and talls purchases.

The associates here in Mantua are very friendly and helpful. You don’t feel rushed, even though there’s a queue of customers waiting in line.

Please, for the love of god, put a sign at the front of the store so customers don’t have to walk all the way through it to the back just to find out that the Amazon returns are handled at customer service by the front door! I asked when I was there and was told there was a sign but management took it down. Put it back up, smh.
