Worst lab ever. They put wrong information and unskilled staff.. they put wrong test names and then we get wrong results .. Terrible place … terrible workers .. they should take actions against them .. shame on you

Never recommend going here. Checked in 30 minutes early and waited. You can hear the girls laughing and bad mouthing in the back and when you knock on the door they ignore you. Waited another 30 minutes. They shut the lights off and still ignored. Absolutely rude. If you don’t want to see patients then close the lab corp and open somewhere else with staff that knows how to do their job.

8:10, still waiting for labcorp to open when it opens at 8. Now a line of like 6 people.

I’ve been going here for years for my bloodwork for my chronic illness and they are always so quick and sweet! All of the employees are willing to have conversations with you to make you feel less stressed which helps so much.

I am chronically ill so I get my blood drawn frequently. The last two times I’ve gone here it was blatantly obvious that the two employees working had just smoked marijuana in there. It reeked of weed. Their behavior was unprofessional. Standing around laughing the whole time. I was so nervous to have an obviously impaired person sticking a needle into my arm. I won’t ever go back. They need to fire the current staff. It’s a disgrace.

Supposed to open at 8:00 AM- got here at 7:55 and the first worker didn’t show up till 8:10 and the second worker at 8:15. A patient tried explaining he was diabetic and had been fasting for hours and they disregarded him and put a sign saying “system is down. Longer wait times to be expected”. It’s 8:24 and still no one has been seen. Other people waiting said this is an almost everyday situation.

This used to be a great place to get bloodwork done. However, the past 3-4 times I have gone in-the staff are awful, they open late and take so long to get your paperwork done. It really is as if they just don't care.

I have to say that the phlebotomist here is probably the best I have dealt with. Don't know her name but I was there at a very busy time and she wasn't stressed at all. I have had other experiences with another phlebotomist there that wasn't so great. So I appreciate that she took her time because my veins don't always cooperate.

Not sure why the lady was rushing around when about to put a needle in me, seemed like the whole short process was rushed, very strange human behavior, also this was the first I actually felt pain while getting bloodwork. Rushing around when about to pin someone, like I said very strange human behavior.

They are usually very friendly very clean and very orderly and I appreciate the work that they do. Although today they were annoyed that I came so late so I just want to make sure that I come at a reasonable time that they are not annoyed I felt very uncomfortable

This LabCorp is located in Walgreens. On the positive side, clean and had virtually no wait..I have been to this LabCorp at least 3 times previously and had no problems. So much for positive.. Now the rest of the story...3-16-21 840am. 2 staff members. The phlebotomist who brought me in to draw my blood gave me the impression she had not been doing this long. Body language and demeanor. Not from interaction. As I was wearing a business dress shirt, I rolled up my left sleeve as I waited in the chair. She than stood in front of me and asked what arm was my best arm to draw from. Obviously the one that i rolled my shirt sleeve up. Ok no big deal.. until she stabbed me with the needle. With a good phlebotomist, you basically feel virtually nothing, not this one.. Bad entry causing tolerable pain, but sadly she couldn't get it into my vein. She she moved it around and back and forth a bit until i said, lets try the other arm.. Mind u I go to the gym 5 days a week and am in very good shape. So she moves to other arm, she chooses a different spot, and stabs a needle in the right arm and I react as I felt that stick. She tells me Im too tense ans not to move, yea if you kbeww what you were doing I wouldn't have moved. She finally gets the 1 vials filled and the entire time the other staff member is sitting in the other patient chair playing on her phone with her head down the entire time. Im guessing she was the seasoned phlebotomist and she was training the one who worked on me. Not sure how ignoring the patient who was clearly unhappy is a positive traing practice..Pleanty of other labs available
