Pickup and returns were super easy, and they even have the equipment and ability to do last minute alterations on-the-spot, which was really reassuring (and they didn’t even have to make any last-minute alterations!) They are the place to go if you want your groomsmen to look absolutely amazing.”

“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. “I needed a new pair of shoes and decided to stop by this Vans location in the mall, which turned out to be a fantastic choice! The store layout is very clean, organized, and spacious, making it incredibly easy and safe to walk around and browse the different styles. “I went into DXL last minute looking for a dress shirt for my sister’s wedding and expected the usual stressful shopping experience. Instead, I ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I believe the gentleman helping me was Brian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. Super professional, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all.
The dress shirts I originally picked out were pinned together, so instead of just guessing my size, he had me try on another shirt to make sure everything fit correctly — breathable around the neck, enough room to move, sleeves long enough for my arms, the whole deal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I looked good and felt comfortable, not just making a sale.
Then he got me set up on the EyeFit scan machine, which apparently now knows every measurement on my body better than I do. Neck, chest, waist, wrists, legs… I’m pretty sure DXL could identify me faster than the FBI at this point.
The funny part is he had such good taste and style that the shirt he grabbed for sizing ended up looking so good I bought that one too. So I came in for one emergency wedding shirt and somehow left with two shirts, all my measurements digitally stored for eternity, and a free pair of boxers.
Honestly, outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at DXL for making the process easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable.”
“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”

“My parents came home from the outlets talking about an employee at Aeropostale, and after hearing how much she helped them, I felt like I had to leave a review.
They told me about Lindsey, the girl with the bright red hair. My parents mainly speak Spanish, and they were struggling to place an order. They said that if Lindsey hadn't been there, they probably would have had to leave without getting what they came for. She spoke to them in Spanish, explained everything, and made them feel comfortable the whole time. My parents couldn't stop talking about how kind and patient she was. They said she never made them feel rushed and was happy to help from start to finish.
It meant a lot to me to hear how well my parents were treated. Lindsey made what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one, and I hope she's recognized for the difference she makes. Thank you!”

They are the best. Their genes have lasted 35 years so far for me, including their shirts.
