“Looked into dog training at this store and can’t seem to get any response. Website directs you to call your local store to get a consultation to see what training is right. Called the store and selected pet training, which just tells you it’s unavailable. Went to the store and asked an employee, was directed to a display with cards to fill out your information to get a call from a trainer. Almost two weeks later and no call.
Edit: Got a call from a trainer two days after this post. Met with the trainer and incredibly helpful and upfront with expectations for training concerning my dog.”
“Simply an amazing store with employees who listen and care! Their staff is second to none! I had the pleasure of walking around w/associate and asked a lot of questions. The associate knew the answers and wasn’t pushy for me to purchase anything! Based off one conversation, I’ll be switching my puppy food little by little as I had no idea it’s made in China! To think the breeder recommended the food I currently give (shortly changing). I’m definitely going back there again. It’s worth a try, nothing to lose!!!! 10 out of 10!!!”

“I took our Siberian Husky, Kai to be groomed today at The Dog Room Grooming Boutique. He’s not used to being groomed at a groomer, so I read the reviews and Devon got several good ones. So I booked her. I was not disappointed. She was very patient with him and did a really good job. He’s a woolly Siberian and it was a lot of work. He’s beautiful. I highly recommend this small business and Devon in particular.”

The staff here is very nice, telling me a lot and that both snakes are healthy so I don’t need to worry too much, and gave me some suggestions as well. I bought two live pinkies and the result is - both of them did eat!! I’m so grateful and excited.”

“I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.”

“We stopped in to see the kitties up for adoption and to get our kitty some hairball medicine. They had a super small area where medicine like items were available. They had a large variety of cat food, almost too much it was difficult to choose.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The store was clean and accessible for my mobility scooter.”
“The fish tanks are well maintained and there is one particular lady who is very knowledgeable and helpful all the time. The other staff was also friendly but this one lady is the best out of the best. She gives genuine advice like you can tell she cares about the animals. We bought some fish and shrimps from here from time to time and all of them were healthy and living happily. We kept coming back for that reason.”
“I had an excellent experience in my interactions here. I can’t say enough good things about the shelter.
On Monday 1/29 I met my cat (formally known as Kovu) in a nice small room full of cat toys, cat tree, tunnel, treats etc.
It seemed that they did everything possible to make the cat comfortable.
There were 2 volunteers present- one who brought the cat out to meet me -& then individually checked in on us to see how it was going.
I thought it was great these folks come to spend time with the animals to help them feel better during their time spent in the shelter.
Dealing with the office was easy.
They sent me home with some of the kibble he was used to eating and a Christmas stocking chock full of treats and toys.
They provided his health records - up to date- and they had microchipped him as well. Included were handouts about how cats adjust to new home, introducing them to resident cat, dog.
Very thorough I thought.
Spencer still spends most of his time in my office but since yesterday he has come out a few times to check out upstairs a bit.”
“Today I took my cat in to be bathe and a haircut I must admit I have not been brushing her as often as I should .Hair under stomach was matted but Hailey baby she did excellent with my cat I'm so happy how my precious looks that's my cat name I really appreciate hailey”

Love these guys! I’ve used the doggie washing station there a few times and they are ALWAYS so friendly, accommodating and love on my pup! The tub has everything you need and more! Not Elsa’s favorite thing but she likes picking out a new toy after!”
