This place is always a joy to walk into. The staff is always nice and funny and the atmosphere was just great.

Used to be my go-to drug store but I’m not sure I will come there again because every time I walk into the store, one of their female associates tries to sell me cosmetics. She’s there all the time and she’s on me like a hawk every time. Last time I was there I had to say no several times, she was getting really pushy. Just not comfortable with that.

This pharmacy need to close because they open at 11 o’clock in the morning. Nobody in the store And people dying for medicine they cannot find it. When you try to talk to someone to help you to know when they open, everybody say they don’t know.

Pharmacy does not have medicine when called in a week prior for refills. They even told us to come back when it is ready on a day that they are not open. Then when we return the next day they say they do not have the medication and their answer is speak to your doctor.Would recommend using any other pharmacy at this point.

Wish if there was an option to select zero stars. The worst customer service ever. A woman named Triva was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was shipping some items using Fedex and needed her assistance with putting the items in a plastic bag since I just had a surgery on my hand and could use only one hand. She gave me an attitude and threw the plastic bag and me. When I commented on her attitude she told me to get out of her store! Absolutely unacceptable! Going to contact the headquarters with my complaint.

I've been going to this walgreens for 15 years. Constant issues with their communications. Never communicate issues with your insurance when filling prescriptions. But this just takes the cake. The pharmacy has been closed for days with zero idea of when the pharmacy would reopen. They're holding a prescription hostage at this point. I'm done.

I simply asked the pharmacist if she could check my insurance so I don’t have to run around. She tells me she needs me to come in and check my card. They’re literally temporarily closed. Did you forget what Walgreens you worked at? Poor customer service.

I have no idea that the old lady in the front of cashier desk is a racist or rude, but I can say this is a terrible experience for me. Firstly, I can't figure out what price for the hair ring becauce that section area is messed up and I can't find the price so that I go to ask her and it was just two questions. Then, she keep stare at me like I am the trouble and gave me an attitude. After I knew the price, she threw the hair ring on the desk hardly that doesn't even want to serve you as a customer. When I finished my payment, she threw my coins on the desk by accidently but she don't even want to say sorry. Totally Rude!!! I understand how shortage of staff right now , but it is not a right customers service.

Worst pharmacy ever. No one there communicates. I have been told multiple times that my prescription is ready for pick up to show up at the pharmacy a few hours later on the same day and I am being told that it’s not ready. Then have to sit there for another 30 mins after working all day while they fill it because there’s not enough staff.I don’t know if they are working on two different systems, but multiple times I have been told that my insurance is expired when I gave them my new insurance card. It’s a hassle every time I go to get my medication. I am only on 2 medications. I can’t imagine what the people who are on 20+ medications have to deal with. I only used Walgreens for insurance purposes, but now that I’m back on Aetna insurance, I am going back to CVS. I would rather pay for my prescriptions outright than deal with this pharmacy again.

Don't expect to get your prescriptions in a timely or professional manner. I was prescribed 2 antibiotics and an inhaler for pneumonia. The doctor called in the prescription in the morning. I went to the store over an hour later. It wasn't filled. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes and they would text me. I went back 2 hours later since I had not heard and it was still not started. I was told it would be 1 more minute and after waiting 15, I went back to the counter. I was given the bag and as I was leaving I checked. One of the antibiotics wasn't included. I stood in line again to figure out why. They said because of an allergy they couldn't give me one pill. I had the blended one prior with no interaction. It would have been professional to maybe mention that when giving me the medicine? I called the doctor and he called in a different antibiotic. At almost 24 hours later, I went back and the new prescription was still not ready. They told me it would be ready in an hour because the pharmacist was on lunch. When I asked if it would really be an hour, the woman at the window had an attitude and said she would let the pharmacist know. I have walked in other pharmacies with a prescription and had it 20 minutes. The worst, don't waster your time with this pharmacy.

I ran into Walgreens for cough drops since my son is sick. The elderly man in front of me did not have enough cash to purchase his items. He questioned the cashier why it was so expensive and he responded with "We'll you got more than a few items, why don't you put your phone number in and see if that helps". The gentleman was having a hard time seeing the keypad and entered a wrong number, the cashier responded with "Yeah, hit the yellow button". Again, this man could not see it. I offered to purchase his items with mine and the cashier denied that. He claimed he could see what I was doing here and called another associate. After I was checked out at a different register I offered again to pay for this man's items and the chasier refused. I don't understand how you can have an employee deny a kind gesture for someone who doesn't have enough cash. Absolutely disgusted with that behavior and never returning.

The worst customer service back in the Pharmacy. They should all be trained in customer service. The incompetence is apparent and abundant. Two texts were sent to notify me my pain meds and after surgery antibiotics were ready but both times they could not locate them. The second time I went, I was told to take a seat but after sitting there for several minutes I asked if they found them and was told I needed to wait for the pharmacist to return. When I asked how long that would be, I got a sarcastic (intentionally dripping with attitude) answer, like a child...how should I know!! Wow. I had surgery and because of this incompetency, 24 hours later I still had no pain meds and not a single antibiotic and this is how they treat you when you question them. I left and later that day my husband went for the 3rd time and AGAIN, they could not find them. Guess where they were eventually found...next to the register with my personal information there for anyone to see. For two whole days!! This is how irresponsible they are at Walgreens Mantua. The term Incompetent does not even cover what goes on there! I will never have them fill another prescription. Ever.

I order online for pick up because I'm disabled from a stroke & can't walk around in the store without losing my balance and hurting afterwards. After 5 minutes of my online order being confirmed I got another email saying that it was canceled and that my items, all five or six of them, was unavailable and out of stock. My husband drove me over there 10 minutes later just to see if we could find an alternative of my items and I found every single one that I originally ordered was on the shelf & in-stock of many! There are other pharmacies besides walgreens, that are closer & the same prices, but I chose to go here for my prescriptions & my orders out of loyalty, however this wasn't the first time that I received an email saying that my order was canceled because of items being out of stock. I'm assuming they do this for whatever reason. I guess I'll be going back to another Pharmacy in the future.

2 years ago all of my personal information was left up on a screen when I was trying to check in with LabCorp at this Walgreens location. And seems like it's still a problem at this location. Full of HIPAA violations. Take a look at the photo I took of somebody else's prescription with their name and address on it right in front of me on the counter. At least I had the good sense to cross out her name and information before posting it here. There's also an issue with my prescription every single time I try to refill one. They are a mess here and I am fearful that they're going to give somebody the wrong prescription because they are so disorganized. Somebody needs to step in and monitor what's going on here. They also refuse to give me my prescriptions back so I could go somewhere else.
