When he passed he left is 79 Stingray to me and I took it upon myself to make sure it was properly restored by professionals to honor him. “Yesterday, my car battery died completely, and I wasn’t sure where to go. I found an Advance Auto Parts about 15 minutes away, and I’m glad I did. When I arrived, Luis assisted me and provided outstanding service. His professionalism and quality of care were truly unmatched.
I told him I planned to install the battery myself, and he took the time to guide me on the right tools and steps to get it done properly. About an hour after my purchase, I called the store again, and Luis answered. I let him know I would be coming back with the old battery and asked if he could check my installation.
When I returned, he noticed the battery needed a small adjustment and took the time to fix it for me. What stood out the most was his patience especially since it was close to closing time. He never rushed me and made sure everything was done right.
