UPDATE: Still the best. Since my review I've used Derek for various services on my 4 cars. He is the only mechanic I'll use. In fact, I now only use him for basic oil changes too.

I could not be more impressed. From the initial phone call to the drop-off to the pickup, excellent and 100% professional. Top-notch work and German made parts. This is my new mechanic. I used to use Millstone Getty, and they're good too. But Derrick is better IMHO.

Derek’s has helped me out a lot, as I am someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Between my old car and current, they have constantly provided me amazing service and help for all of the niche issues that I’ve had.

Had a great experience with Derek’s Auto. Staff is friendly, they quickly fixed my 4runner the same day I dropped it off, and are honest and have really fair prices. So happy and relieved to have found an awesome reliable mechanic!

Derek’s has saved me multiple times with work on my engine and replacing a wheel bearing without unnecessarily insisting on replacing the other one. Derek does great work with competitive low prices. I highly recommend the services to anyone.

This is the first time I ever used his service because a friend’s referral. I think Derek is one of the most honest technicians you will ever encounter. When I call him he gave me a very short and straightforward answer on the potential cost of the repair in a few possible situations, what is the best and worst case scenarios and what could be done to save while not compromising safety. There is no dancing around like some other sales/techs I have encountered in other places. There is no enticing technics, and all with very trusting communication manners. You know by talking with him for a minute that he is not sucking up to you to get you to spend money and he is definitely not giving you a bad attitude thinking he already treats you fair. Last but not least - I have never left a mechanics shop paying less than initially estimated with jobs well done, just amazing

I went to several places, but Derecks Auto gave me the best and most fair price. They were very kind and will answer any and all questions you may have. They are professionals and know what they are doing. Im very pleased with the work they did on my car and plan to come here anytime my car needs something fixed.

They’re super friendly and understanding they know exactly what to do, I literally went for an oil change and he checked my whole car and told me something was wrong and then fixed it! not overpriced, recommend this 100%
