Now a lot of aisles have items behind locked glass, and when you eventually find an employee that is willing to help, they don't know where the keys are. How are you suppose to buy what you came for ? But if somehow you do find anything to buy and go to self service you may be told, as I was, that I couldn't use it because I'm not a paid rewards customer, so I have to pay $98 a year to use your self service checkout for a couple of items ? So looking at the 2 open cashier lanes, yes only 2, with deep lines I just gave up and left. The incompetence and vibe that this place now gives off is stunning. If you have a theft problem hire more security vs treating all customers like they are criminals. So done with them, not like there aren't other places to buy the same exact stuff.

Great deals and quality! Everything you need under one roof. Bought the dinosaur sprinkler for my grandson and he loves it! The paper goods too are reliable and well priced.

Clean and organized walmart supercenter. Everything you need could be found here! Electronics, kitchen, home, clothing, bath, hardware, auto, grocery and more! There is also. Kiosk for key duplication in minutes that accepts cards!

The shopping experience was going well until I noticed a man following me and my friends and he continued to follow us around the store until we payed for our stuff and went outside he confronted me and my friends outside and said he was a security guard and accused me of stealing and then he threatened to trespass us then we also noticed him sitting in his car and staring at us. So unless Walmart does something about this I will not feel safe going inside that store by myself.

We ordered 22 items online on Saturday for pickup on Sunday. 30 min before pickup we were told that 19 of our items were not available. We are not going to get 4 out of 22 products at the store. We canceled the order and will not be buying from Walmart again.

We have ordered a baby shower cake from walmart bakery online . Later we need to add a set of cup cakes to the order. We went to the walmart to confirm with the bakery but we cannot find any staff there. We tried calling the bakery many times no body answer the call . Later we tried contacting the customer care and even they cannot help us . Finally we fed up and cancelled the ordered cake and ordered it from another store. Very much disappointed with the walmart customer service.Never expect such things from a giant chain like walmart.

This Walmart location seems to be on the smaller side of the supercenter stores. Visited on a Saturday evening around 7p and the place was packed. Most Walmarts have self-checkouts at both the Grocery and Home exit sides of the store. Not this location, they only have self-checkouts at the Grocery side of the store. There were only two registers open with employees with long lines and the self-checkout line which was about a 15-minute wait. The product I was looking for said it was in stock on the Walmart app but was nowhere to be found in the store. This location could use some help. This location is far from one of Walmarts best stores.

Store is supposedly open until 11 pm. I came in to do a return around 8 pm. Returns area was dark and roped off, but there were 3 workers there. I was told the returns dept. closed at 7 pm. Since when? This would never happen at Target.

Just wanted to thank your pharmacy Walmart Manville Special thanks to Sara 12/30 who went above and beyond to help me. I am a case manager who needed assistance in helping one of my patients in getting him his medications. I just don't have the name of the first Pharmacist who might have answers the phone my first time calling earlier . Customer service was top rate. They cared for their customer I want to say thank you again. And answered the phone very kindly and quickly.

I woke up suddenly from a nightmare that involved driving to Walmart at 4am on the Friday after Thanksgiving and fighting mobs of faceless drones for a 99 inch Vietnamese flat screen for all of $99. As fires burned all around me there was a very large woman holding a $6 air fryer and what looked like another woman's scalp high above her head in triumph. Lord, make it stop. I don't know why they call in Black Friday, when Fire and Brimstone Friday would be far more accurate. One fiery star.

Tonight's young male Register Manager was very rude to me as a Customer, which is the second time, I've met him. His above Manager told me tonight, he'll talk to this Manager about how he conducts Customer support.

Wish I could give zero stars. And that is no exaggeration. Employees here are useless, rude, and aggressive. Good luck getting help with anything. Lines are long no matter what because even while there's countless employees wandering aimlessly, doing anything but what they're supposed to do, don't expect more than one or two registers AT MOST to be open. Take your business to Target. Higher standard for hiring there clearly and well worth the slight increase in prices for better service and FAR better employees. I used to spend hundreds here every two weeks or so. I'll never return to a Walmart again nor give them my business based on this Walmart alone.

Long lines. Store NEVER answers the phone. Grocery orders are always late or don't show up at all. Shelves are half empty. It's just an all around bad experience.

Somehow, didn't think it was possible, but somehow they managed to go even further downhill over the last year. Lines 26 people long, only 2 registers open in a Saturday and pallets and product piled up in the aisles making them impassable. A truly unreal experience, like you're in the twilight zone or something. Sad

Tried their grocery delivery service again after one year. My experiences with them were so bad, I had to stop using them last year. I thought they may have improved so I gave it another shot. I ordered on Jan 3 and they cancelled my order on Jan 4 with no email and no explanation. Guess they havent changed. This is THE WORST customer service I have seen in 50 years. I dont expect much from Walmart but this is the bottom of the trash can for stores.
