The shopping experience was going well until I noticed a man following me and my friends and he continued to follow us around the store until we payed for our stuff and went outside he confronted me and my friends outside and said he was a security guard and accused me of stealing and then he threatened to trespass us then we also noticed him sitting in his car and staring at us. So unless Walmart does something about this I will not feel safe going inside that store by myself.

We ordered 22 items online on Saturday for pickup on Sunday. 30 min before pickup we were told that 19 of our items were not available. We are not going to get 4 out of 22 products at the store. We canceled the order and will not be buying from Walmart again.

If I could give this photo center zero stars I would. I ordered ONE photo at 9 am, through the one hour photo center. I called 5 times between 11-12 to make sure it was ready before making the trip there, and was put on hold for a total of 35 minutes. We never got in touch with someone. My fiancé drove there at 12:45 and was given despicable attitude by the staff, and we came to find out our single picture ordered through “one hour photo” was not even printed. He said it should be about 20 minutes….to print one photo. He never even got an apology. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

This Walmart location seems to be on the smaller side of the supercenter stores. Visited on a Saturday evening around 7p and the place was packed. Most Walmarts have self-checkouts at both the Grocery and Home exit sides of the store. Not this location, they only have self-checkouts at the Grocery side of the store. There were only two registers open with employees with long lines and the self-checkout line which was about a 15-minute wait. The product I was looking for said it was in stock on the Walmart app but was nowhere to be found in the store. This location could use some help. This location is far from one of Walmarts best stores.

Store is supposedly open until 11 pm. I came in to do a return around 8 pm. Returns area was dark and roped off, but there were 3 workers there. I was told the returns dept. closed at 7 pm. Since when? This would never happen at Target.

Just wanted to thank your pharmacy Walmart Manville Special thanks to Sara 12/30 who went above and beyond to help me. I am a case manager who needed assistance in helping one of my patients in getting him his medications. I just don't have the name of the first Pharmacist who might have answers the phone my first time calling earlier . Customer service was top rate. They cared for their customer I want to say thank you again. And answered the phone very kindly and quickly.

I woke up suddenly from a nightmare that involved driving to Walmart at 4am on the Friday after Thanksgiving and fighting mobs of faceless drones for a 99 inch Vietnamese flat screen for all of $99. As fires burned all around me there was a very large woman holding a $6 air fryer and what looked like another woman's scalp high above her head in triumph. Lord, make it stop. I don't know why they call in Black Friday, when Fire and Brimstone Friday would be far more accurate. One fiery star.

Tonight's young male Register Manager was very rude to me as a Customer, which is the second time, I've met him. His above Manager told me tonight, he'll talk to this Manager about how he conducts Customer support.

Tried their grocery delivery service again after one year. My experiences with them were so bad, I had to stop using them last year. I thought they may have improved so I gave it another shot. I ordered on Jan 3 and they cancelled my order on Jan 4 with no email and no explanation. Guess they havent changed. This is THE WORST customer service I have seen in 50 years. I dont expect much from Walmart but this is the bottom of the trash can for stores.

GROCERY DELIVERY - We have been doing grocery delivery since December 2019. During the first few months of the pandemic we had a few issues but this was understandable. Things are still often out if stock, also somewhat understandable. For the past 6 months or so our delivery orders have been late or don't come at all. Only recently do we even receive any notice the order is running late. If you call the store they don't answer. The only person who sometimes answers is the grocery pick up woman who was so sweet and helpful when it wasn't even her department. One time I did get through and they told me "we may or may not be able to eventually get your order to you". No apology. They don't even give you the option to come pick up the groceries yourself. With having two babies and busy schedules we rely on our groceries. We spoke with a manager a few times and one (I believe his name was Hasan) promised us a $50 gift card which never came. When I called to follow up Hasan said he would door dash one right away to us and that never came. The door dash people have called me sitting outside for up to an hour waiting for my order. This happened on several occasions. Twice the door Dasher went to get an order WalMart corporate cancelled for me. That is so unfair to the door dashers. I know the door dashers are there because they call or text. I know my order was shopped because I get notice of substitutions/unavailable items... So to me this seems to be an internal issue and to go on this long is unacceptable. WalMart corporate has been wonderful and helpful. They always try to call the store, but even they cannot get through. They offer promo codes and make store complaints, but nothing has changed.

Eh.... Walmart is Walmart! What can I say??!!! Some are better than others, this one was well stocked! Actually, call me CORNY but I DO like going to Walmart's in different places, I actually seek them out lmao! But it's all the same, I guess I had to find new hobbies since I can't do anything else! Thanks Covid!
