Stopped in to grab my son some Pokémon cards. Staff was really friendly & easy going, no pressure to purchase anything crazy. Very reasonable & honest. Will definitely be returning in the future.

They don't respond to emails when you want to unsubscribe. I called and spoke to someone who said they canceled my subscription and I got an email stating I have another box on the way. I'd love to take this review down once I get confirmation my subscription is indeed canceled vs have to go through my credit card company.

Staff and guests were incredibly friendly, exchange rates and prices on the wide selection of product are very fair (70-80% for trading and selling) and the experience was amazing overall! Can't wait to come back and pick up some more cards.

Put an order in on July 20,2025. After 2 weeks I never heard anything about my package being shipped or any update so I emailed them and as of August 19,2025 I still have not heard anything. So I guess they just steal peoples money and never get back in contact with them. Don’t trust this company it is not worth losing your money over.

Amazing...simply amazing. I caught Michael and Kaitlyn here 20mins before close on a Monday and they were so friendly and inviting. Their collection is seriously impressive and their prices are really good. I cant wait to go back! 10/10 experience

Don't trust this shop. They canceled my order even though I have been a faithful customer to them. The customer service is not good hardly ever answers the phone.

I stopped by last night. There was quite a few people in there but despite being busy, I was greeted and acknowledged quickly. Once being helped, I let them know I was selling a high value card. I believe it was James who then came out to assist (I’m sorry if I forgot your name but the adrenaline has been high since I pulled the card and my mind was racing lol). He quickly assessed my card, we discussed a deal, and finalized the transaction. Quick and easy! By far the best offer I received this week and I stopped at a few places in the area! I highly recommend visiting this shop if you’re in the hobby.
Side note, I previously ordered a prerelease from them online and that transaction was just as easy!
Bottom line, great shop and they earned a customer for life.
