John was our salesperson and he was very helpful and informative as we looked at ranges. He spent time talking about the range and explaining how the different components work. I have to say that John was terrific and patient answering all the questions we had.

We bought an Electrolux washer and Thermador kitchen appliances from Albo on two separate occasions within one year or so. Drew was great. We had to make some changes to our original kitchen package order and Drew made the entire process seamless and was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. The delivery was excellent as well. I would recommend Albo to anyone looking for new appliances.

Albo is the best place for appliances. Everyone at Albo was super professional and friendly. Excellent customer service and great communication throughout the entire process. We would never use a "big box" store again for appliances as Albo is more affordable, reliable, and they have a better inventory. Drew and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this small business!

buyer beware I was sold a washer that was a NEW floor model was told new out of box it was delivered after my first load of wash it leaked all over my floor. I called JR at Albo in Audubon. I was told to call Speed queen for a repair. I was furious to have to call for a repair on a brand new washer. He said that he could come and get it but I would have to pay full price and wait for another one, so I disconnected the call with him and called speed queen I attempted to register my washer and I received a message. It was already registered February 2023 and it was repaired and returned in June 2023. What a terrible process Albo has to put used washers on their showroom and try to sell them as new out of box . If the washer did not leak, they would've gotten away with selling me a used product. Always register your products. You will find out if it's new or used. , I did not buy as is it was just new out of box is what I was told I would've never bought as is or used Also if a manager does not know the backstory, he should've never sold it to me. I also did try to call the owner, but I have not received a call back to inform him that he is running a shady business. I will never return

STILL SATISFIED!!About a year ago I purchased four new appliances from Andy Diamond at Albo’s in Maple Shade. During that time I was rehabbing from five major orthopedic surgeries and Andy was wonderful advising me and getting the appliances installed asap. Andy is a most cheerful, kind and caring man, in addition to being very knowledgeable. I think of him on a regular basis as he made my life so much easier and I love the choices he helped me make. Andy followed through after the purchase by getting me excellent delivery installers and making sure all aspects were accomplished. I continue to be a most satisfied customer!!

decent sized show room, about 10 to 20 different types of whatever appliance you’re looking for. Drew is the man, has been working there way too long and knows everything. They have a regular guy they can contact who will do the install for $250 if you don’t have the time or ability, at least for dishwashers, pretty quick turnaround too, one day for the dishwasher to come in and one more day for the install guy to be free.

We set out to avoid the "Big Box" stores when our Fridge started showing signs of trouble. We had heard from a few friends about ALBO and went to Maple Shade to start looking.We met with Drew and we quickly discovered we had a size limitation we were not aware of. Drew worked with us to guide us thru what would work for our space. Once we found what worked for us, we had to plan a delivery.In the meantime we did a quick price check at a couple big box stores. The prices were all in the same neighborhood. None were cheaper. The selection (and service)was BETTER at ALBO.Our delivery was set and then we had to change the date. A quick call to Drew and the new date was set again. The time came and the delivery arrived as predicted, the guys were very good, having to build the fridge, haul out the old one and install the new one. The 2 guys worked hard, communicated with us the whole time. They cleaned up and were on their way to the next stop quickly.We are very happy with our experience at ALBO and would recommend them any time. Keep it Local, Keep it Good.

Let me start off by saying, that the experience and customer service was exceptional!!! My salesman Drew was incredible with his handling of my purchase, he was always there for me with my individual needs. I don't know how many times I changed my order, and he never sounded frustrated with me, he was always very professional! I would definitely recommend ALBO appliances to one looking for high end appliances.

They are the nicest people when they are trying to make a sale, however, they are so inconsiderate if you have an issue after you purchase an appliance. You can never get a phone number to speak with a person who makes decisions. Whoever you speak in the store continues to tell you they are doing the best they can and there's nothing else they can do. Meanwhile, you have purchased their warranty and still have an inoperable appliance. My review may not matter because they have been in business for many years, but had I known then what I know now, I would not have made my purchase here. Word to the wise, read and pay attention to the reviews.

Purchased a high end floor model dishwasher a few months ago. Installers said they sent the wrong filler/kick panel. Back and forth with the store several times, mostly me calling them. Sent another service associate, still not fixed and no communication from the store. Unsatisfied with customer service.

I can not speak highly enough of my experience here with Drew on the purchase of our new Fridge, Freezer and Stove. I have had nightmare experiences purchasing appliances from box stores and other local appliance stores, but ALBO is the polar opposite. Drew’s communication was amazing, and when we had an issue with the floor model fridge we purchased that was our mistake, Drew didn’t hesitate to correct it and get us the right size. All of their delivery drivers were awesome too! I will not hesitate to buy appliances from them in the future!
