Save urself the time and trouble with this brand of a wanna be luxury car and dealership. Nothing but problems but they want an arm & a leg for payments. Cars dont last more than a year.

Just stopped by for my first service on my Stelvio Competizione. No loaner car, no lyft service offered — meanwhile this is my third (and final) vehicle through this dealership. I wouldn’t have bothered posting a review, but whoever the tech was left a nice pile of dirt on my floor and I’m pissed. Truly just an embarrassing display of professionalism. You’re better off going anywhere else.

They work with you. I have not the greatest credit/student loans and rarely anything even on my credit. After about 6 hours sitting there, and one attempt to get me to take a Ford instead of a Fiat, they decided to really work with me. I felt insane for even going to a REAL dealership, but I knew I really wanted a Fiat! Somehow it all worked out. They even let me keep one for a weekend to see if I could get used to manual transmission. It didn't work out, but in the end I was put in an automatic. They're always friendly, and honest. I've had my Fiat for 7 months now. If you're looking for a Fiat in the South Jersey area, definitely go here. I saw Ed, and he's awesome, as are everyone working there.

i got my man’s car serviced here on 04/24/2025 and spent over $2,000. the staff isn’t that friendly. the cashier that comes in at 5pm is SO RUDE AND NASTY — always has been. i had a new debit card and didn't know there was a limit i could spend as “debit” and a second limited on “credit.” i kept telling her to run my card AS CREDIT. she didn't want to on purpose (this isn’t the first time she’s done this.) i called my bank & the lady said run it as credit. and OF COURSE, it went through. her attitude is disgusting. she’s always rude & nothing ever changes here. don’t take your car here AND go somewhere else to buy an Alfa if you want one unfortunately. i will be taking the 40 minute drive + tolls to go to Willow Grove, PA next time.

Wish I would’ve done my research before taking my truck here for body work. Friendly staff but the results were very sloppy. It took weeks to get my truck back and the work appears to have been done in one day; rushed and not well done. Spare yourself the headache & look somewhere else.

Been with them since 2020. Same horrible experience as last time. Make sure to have your OWN copy of all paper work trust me they will screw you if you don’t. Same excuse as I had 2 years ago “it doesn’t show you have a free oil change in our system” they want you to pay for it no matter what you sign or what they tell you. Can’t wait for my contract to be up.

Years ago this was a premier dealership and I actually purchased/leased 4 Alfa Romeo’s and 1 Fiat BUT with the slow departure of employees from Sales, Service and Finance this dealership is now horrible with my most recent disgust being 1/13/2025 where I walked out and will be transferring all my business to Monmouth County Alfa Romeo. I will continue to blog and repeat my disgust of this dealership on every form of social media and most likely reach out to Alfa Romeo and recommend a revocation of their product lines

I had a positive experience leasing an Alfa Romeo through Fiat of Maple Shade, but unfortunately, the process of returning the vehicle at the end of the lease was highly disappointing. The dealership made an error by recording the wrong return date for the vehicle, which led to me being fined by ALLY Leasing.
When I reached out to address this issue, I received a call from Orlando at Mall Chevy, their sister dealership. He assured me he would assist and asked me to send a letter from ALLY. I promptly emailed the document to him but did not receive a response. Over the next five weeks, I followed up with six additional emails, all of which went unanswered.
Hoping to escalate the matter, I emailed their General Manager, Dante Vannicola, explaining the situation. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from him either. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay the late fee to ALLY myself.
For anyone considering doing business with this dealership, be aware that if an issue arises, you may find it difficult to get support or resolution. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I have seen some negative reviews here and I wanted to chime in on my experience. This was a first time buyers experience for my nephew and I want to thank Anthony for the assistance he gave. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was some copies of paperwork was not given however I am confident that will be resolved. While the deal was not 100% what I wanted for him I will say that it was fair and the process went smooth giving a good experience for someones first time.

Brought my car in for service and Jerry was excellent and very personable. Ashlea in the body shop was so accomodating! Even the cashier I talked to was so nice and kind! Amazing experience with Alfa Romeo Maple Shade! Keep up the great work guys :-)

I purchased a vehicle from Alfa Romeo Maple Shade and it was the worst mistake of my life. This dealership for a start sold me the car for $3000 over the internet price. I found out after purchase when a friend sent me the ad from there website which they did not care deal was done. I purchased the extended powertrain warranty as it was a used vehicle. The car went back the DAY I purchased it for fuel pump. A month later went back for coolant. A month after that went back for coolant. They were ok through the first few visits… then coolant goes again. Car stuck at work I have it towed to dealer and they say it is not covered as Alfa no longer makes that coolant part so it is not covered for the new one and I have to pay $3000 because Alfa discontinued a part. I go to pick up the car and come it in the spot it was left crooked haven’t not been touched since I dropped it off. I asked why I am paying almost $200 for inspection when they just quoted me off of what I told them and never touched my car. Well I had to pay for the privilege anyway. Took the car to another Alfa dealership…. Service is 10x worse there. It’s a lose lose situation buying an Alfa…. This is from a guy who LOVES Italian cars use to live Alfa. Now my greatest regret in my life. Do not make that same mistake I beg of you.

This was possibly the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. The manager was the worst part but there really weren’t any redeeming qualities. After making a plan to buy the car and then return over the weekend to take it home (when we had two drivers) and filling out all of the paperwork, they somehow “remembered” that this car had been sold to wholesale and if we wanted it, we would need to take it right then. There were several other shady things that happened and we ultimately decided that we would never give this particular dealership our business. 0 stars, do not recommend.
