It’s Burger King… nothing to write home about. For fast food it’s it what it is.

Couldn’t use the kiosk to order because it didn’t have all the items on the menu. An associate came over and also couldn’t find the item. I asked if I could just tell him my order instead of using technology that doesn’t work. Ordered one item verbally and the rest on the kiosk. How silly. They still messed it up and we didn’t get onion rings we ordered and received fries instead. Also they were having an employee meeting with about 15 or so managers in the restaurant area. It consisted basically of smack talking about the general manager and how mistreated they are. Whether true or not it’s probably best to not have that conversation in front of guests. Find another place to hold your crybaby festival so you can maintain the illusion of professionalism.

There is no one to charge you cash and besides there are very few staff and it is a burger king with a good sales point, it should have more

Slow as hell. You have all this technology but only 4 people and if you go inside, you are not prioritized over their drive thru and even mobile orders. Find someplace else to eat if you're hungry because you will be starved to death waiting inside. I was order 24, and 29 and 30 both got theirs first and the poor girl kept asking me to show my receipt. They don't print receipts from their kiosks. We waited over 30 minutes before our food was prepared

I had a doordash order and they closed in about an hour. They said they didn’t have my order here but doordash said it went through their system. I’ve been to this location before and it seems like they don’t want to work or do their jobs.

Really picking it back up after renovation! I’ve been coming here almost three times a week past few weeks and everything is almost perfect except late night supervisor/employees have weird thing going on and it’s difficult to see one person carrying all the burden.

They finally got with the times and put in kiosks to order. A bit sad because that human interaction can be more of a help if you don't know how to use the kiosk or have a coupon.

Burger King app let me place an order at like midnight, saying it was open until 1 in the morning. Arrived at 12:25 and guess what? It was closed. Now I'm going to McDonald's because I know it's open.

Terrible workers. Theyre rude. They rush you. They just throw your food at you basically. They don't greet you nor say goodbye. On their phones. Make the food terrible and a mess. Don't follow instructions. I sound like a Karen but who ever workers today at 7pm shift needs to be retrained or fired. Idgaf lol.

flat soda that’s also out of syrup? jesus. took 5 minutes to order 2 sandwiches and a drink in an empty drive through then told to wait for 15 minutes in the parking lot for someone to walk out the food and drink.

It looks great on the outside but the food is absolutely terrible. I wish I could post pics of my burger melt. The bread wasn't toasted at all not to mention soggy like a sponge.

I can't speak on all BK's, but every time I try this store it's a hot mess. Over the summer of '23 it was remodeled and the new layout does away with the regular person-to-person order desk. In it's place are (4) self order/checkout kiosks and the staff and kitchen are primarily out of customer view, blocked by a large wall. The staff seems to be trying their best, but are either undertrained, understaffed, have poor management, or some combination of the three. It is very cumbersome to order anything, and since that location is obviously pushing towards kiosk self orders, there is only 1 person who periodically helps customers at the counter. That same employee is also trying to take drive-thru orders, help correct orders that got messed up, and cook while other staff members are standing around and seem confused, like they aren't sure what they are supposed to be doing.I've placed my orders online and just go there to pick up and roll in an effort to avoid the chaos. Even that took me 20min of waiting because there were 3 people in front of me trying to make in-person orders and I had to wait for them to finish to get my already completed order from the person at the counter.Places like McDonalds and Chipotle place online/DoorDash orders on a customer accessible shelf, so you can just walk up, look for your name and leave with your order. BK, at least this location, has them hidden in the back and you have to talk to the employee at the counter to get your order. When I got to the counter and told the employee what order number I was picking up, they showed no record of it. After some searching, they eventually found my now cold bag. Then they tried to get me to pay for it and I had to show them on my phone that my credit card was already charged, and they finally let me leave with my order.Again I want to reiterate that these issues in my opinion stem from a bad store design, poor training, and possible under staffing. The people there really seem to be trying hard, but don't seem to have the right tools to make it happen.

Messed my order up the first and only 2x I been to the new built restaurant. Plus the new staff is rude. The old staff that worked there before was way better. The new building is nice but it's a 1 star from me

Best BK in the area. A few around have closed due to being generally terrible and disappointing but this one is ?
