Customer service was excellent. I received text updates throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn’t like was not people able to talk to my rep who said I would get an initial phone call and didn’t. Then I received a text saying I would get a phone call the next day and didn’t. Then I called and was told the rep would call me back and didn’t. I had to go in to get an update and the GM was very helpful, friendly and just great all around and provided me with the answers I was looking for and very accommodating to when I could pick my car up.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my car. They are very easy to work with and kept me informed of the progress daily. They coordinated my rental car for me. They even detailed my can inside and out. Highly recommended

Had a rear end and front end collision repaired at the maple shade caliper collision in which the accident wasn’t my fault. The insurance company recommended caliper collision and were kind of pushing me to use them. Months later I had to replace a tail light that had moisture in it . Tail light was also damaged also in accident which wasn’t replaced. I found they did not fix the crash bar that was damaged in the accident to save money because they work for the insurance company. They will endanger your life or who ever is in the car to save the insurance company money. Do not, I repeat do not bring your car here if the insurance company recommends them or pushes you to use them. They will cut corners to keep the insurance company happy and estimate down . They use the cheapest aftermarket parts as well . Are these aftermarket parts even crash tested ? Probably not! Disgusting behavior . They returned the car to me knowing it was unsafe but they saved the insurance company a few bucks. What if next time I get hit the crash bar collapses? Absolutely unforgivable and will be reporting to the state of New Jersey. They will fix what you can see and leave the rest to endanger your life . Do not take your car here if you got in an accident. The photos don’t lie and pretty obvious that crash bar is compromised.

I walked in for an estimate for my mother’s car. Despite not having an appointment, they still took a look at the car and gave me a quote the same day! Everyone at this establishment from Karli at the front desk, to Brenda who looked at the car with me, and even the manager who stepped in to say hello, were just so accommodating and welcoming. Definitely having my mother’s repairs done here. It is evident that they are people who love what they do and go above and beyond help others.

After you receive your car do a complete walk around and look for new damage. A worker hit my car with a hammer and the shop tried to give me the car back. If I was not looking at a future repair I never would have noticed the new damage caused by the shop. They did fix it but there is still scratched around the 1/4 panel.

I had a more minor issue involving the front bumper of my vehicle. I contacted Caliber as they had worked on my vehicle once before and performed excellent service. Ultimately the issue involving the front bumper of my car was successfully resolved by Caliber "free of charge"! Based on my experience with Caliber I highly recommend this location for both their outstanding work and customer service!
