The manager on this evening, Novalie, left a ‘first time on register’ new employee up front BY HERSELF. The new employee tried to contact the manager twice while attempting to ring up (2) $30 gift cards. An error ensued and I was told it’s now my problem and I have to contact the gift card company to find out how to correct the error. Impossible to do because I don’t work at Acme. She didn’t fully understand or care to understand but happily kept telling me it’s now my problem to fix. Not only is Novalie incompetent, rude and disrespectful, she refused to give me her supervisors last name and proceeded to give me a wrong phone number. I’ve shopped at the Maple Shade Acme for 35 years. I’ll never go there again. Novalie and her millennial work ethic will run that store in to the ground if they don’t retrain or dismiss her all together!

Overpriced and the employees don't have your best interest in mind. Oh I've found maggots on products in the back very often. Also it should be noted that the older guy with the white hair will make fun of the disabled. So if you're child is lets say, autistic and hopes to get a job there, he will say negative things about that person to all the other employees.

This store has always just been convenient. It was always a mess, prices never correct, employees were either amazing or terrible and dirty looking. Today i went in and immediately noticed a change! Everything was signed and tagged, full, faced and clean. The aisles were accessible to move around in. People were stocking the shelves and cleaning. All employees looked friendly and groomed. I asked if there was a new manager, as if i couldnt tell. Well done! A great change has been made. Keep up the great job!

The employees are very nice, however 1 person working the deli when the area is expecting a blizzard that night is unacceptable. Three people gave up and left, which made our wait only 25 minutes until we could place our order. Then there were only 2 cashiers working, and of course we got in "chatty kathy's" line. Management really screwed up that day!

Everyone is really nice..I go here a lot. However 2 cashiers at 4pm-6pm is unacceptable. The lines are so long. Please add more cashiers between those times.
