“I usually go to the Roosevelt Blvd clinic but this was just as exceptional aside from the quality of surrounding area. Technicians were top notch with communication and timeliness of services. I would really like to mention Luis from the call center for this industry for handling a very urgent situation I had. He went above and beyond to ensure myself and my pets were taken care of during a very stressful situation. Every workplace deserves employees like Luis, he was one of a kind.”

“My husband and I agreed that it was time to adopt but with my cancer treatments, we knew we needed a calm, low maintenance dog. The selection process was low-pressure, very thorough and informative for us both. Meg helped us choose Lyra - a beautiful calm Saluki from Bahrain and when we found out she had some health issues, the program jumped right in to offer support, flexibility and whatever we needed to be sure she was taken care of. Lyra has become my husband's best friend through my illness and she adds so much joy and happiness to our lives.
From application, to adoption, and now post-adoption. Meg and Bobbie, along with the vet staff, have all been incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful not only in ensuring that we got a dog that fit our needs but nearly a year later, they're continuing to invest time and energy and effort to make sure we're still doing well. Everyone at the facility, is incredible and we couldn't recommend them more.”

Esperanza also provides housing and legal services to Spanish speakers as well as ESL classes for the newly arrived. Many students go directly from the ESL classes to college classes where they can get training in Education , Esports management, Medical assisting, Community services and more. “⭐️- Me Casita Day Care Center is hands down, one of the best Day Care Centers in the area!⭐️- This is not just some place to dump your children. This is an excellent learning center that teaches children just like they would if they were in school.⭐️- All of the staff here, are here because they care, and they care about your children as if they were their own.⭐️- Our children look forward to going to Mi Casita every day. The relationships they have with the staff, and the other kids there, are like they are family to them.⭐️- This is one Child Day Learning Center that should be considered by all who need a safe, caring, and beneficial place for their children to spend the day at.”

The communication, speed of completion on projects, and just overall easy to work with attitude is nothing short of refreshing. “Every month for approximately three years, we have eagerly anticipated food delivery day! Absolutely the BEST way, bar none, to spend a Sunday morning. There is much hunger in the world so it is incredibly satisfying to assist in lending a hand to our neighbors who may be struggling. JRA is a wonderful nonprofit led by a terrific president (Amy) and volunteer organizer (Melissa). They accomplish Herculean feats on a shoestring.”
