Whatever you do don't go to this cvs. Manage totally non response to clients needs. No pharmacist on duty due to a death in the family . The manager a short bald middle aged man made me feel that his needs ie he knew the person who died than mine. I was there to get a scheduled Covid test. He sent me to another cvs only to find out that could not be done. He did not have a clear understanding of his job. He should have known that could not be done. The pharmacist at cvs on union was equally inept. Made it very clear that she could not help us. With this lack of customer service I suggest you go elsewhere for your needs. Cvs should be ashamed of themselves. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

Barely any selection of Black hair care products. Convenience foods and ice cream are 20% more expensive than the Wawa next door.

Certain products have not been available for a very long time and nobody bothers to order them

Pharmacy is a hot mess. Call on the phone to ask about a prescription- average hold time 22 mins. Dr sends a rx over- average fill time 4 days. Now, they all take same lunch time. I worked for CVS that pharmacy was never closed while store was open. The Pharmacist would be there to help customers, or the front manager or front worker would come back. There is no accountability in that pharmacy. I've corrected my address 3 times and invariably it goes back to my old address that I moved from 3 yrs ago. Where is the regional team leader to get on this!

A decent place. It’s clean, organized, and has employees willing to do what they can to find any item, even the ones that are pharmacy related when the pharmacy has closed. But I think they should hire more workers for better pay and it would increase the standing of the store and the ease in which customers are helped and rung up.

Had the best experience at this CVS on 73. Front associate was juggling photo assistance and the customers in line flawlessly and still remained in great spirits. His customer service was delightful. All around great experience and I left there with a smile on my face!

Long overdue praise for this fabulous drugstore chain for its thorough product assortment, attractive displays and layout, and courteous, friendly staff. I frequent several of its stores regularly in Burlington and Camden counties. Recently at this location, a staffer gracefully handling a long line took the time to notice one of my products had expired and actually went to get a fresh one for me. Top-notch service and selection.

Try calling your local CVS and speak to a live person. Almost impossible!

This is only one of two CVS stores that I have found to be pleasant and professional. I am unsure who the manager is, but I must say they run a darn fine and clean store. I am always greeted when walking in and out. This CVS gets it right on being a smooth operating and well staffed store. I wish more CVS were run this efficiently. My hats off to you.

Typical local cvs. Pharmacy service has improved but could still be better.

Worst pharmacy ever. They don't ever check their voicemail for when Drs call and when you call asking about your prescription they lie and say the Dr didn't call. Their Pharmacists are rude and inconsiderate and the helpers are just as rude. Do not get your prescriptions filled here their are much better places to go.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Pharmacist “Kevin” is useless. Smith Brothers is getting my business. My doctor cringes when I say CVS Maple Shade.
