“This place is A+ , never knew this store existed until I googled where to get cracked phone screen repaired near me. They ordered my phone screen and when it came in, I went to have the screen on my brand new phone replaced by them. (Which they gladly gave me an excellent price over the phone beforehand) they took my phone into the back for 1 minute and came right back out to tell me, it wasn't my screen that was cracked only the cover....then they proceeded to put on my new phone case for me politely and at no charge. That honestly and customer service is rare today. I will come back and use them for everything! Thanks Batteries plus you guys ROCK!!”
“I have a bad habit of dropping my phone while working. Steve’s has been able to fix my phone every. Single. Time. Even if it’s more than just a broken screen, he helped with motherboard problems as well. And he works so fast. I took and Uber to his ship once bc my car was broken down. I almost had to call the same Uber driver back he fixed it so fast and that’s no exaggeration. Steve’s is great. Always go to Steve’s for all ur phone needs”

“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. “Dial is a place that can accommodate unusual and custom repairs. I brought in a 20+ year old tennis ball machine with a failing circuit board that needed hand-resoldering. Michael and his team brought it back to life, and went above and beyond to identify secondary issues with the controls, which they also resolved. They also checked out the motors and validated that they were in good working order (which I knew because they had just been replaced). Repair was done as promised on time. Price was fair for the work done, and recovered more value out of the machine than the cost to me.”

“I have been here yesterday. One day, I was trying to update my iPhone then my screen suddenly turned white. I couldn't do anything about it, so I took it to repair a few places, and they couldn't help me. Even though they were going to fix it, it was going to take longer than I expected. When I went here, there was an employee named Josh. He helped me a lot and fixed my phone in an hour. He was very welcoming and helpful.”
“Sooooo… this is my 2nd time getting a MacBook Screen fixed here and both times they came out EXCELLENT. Cheapest Prices I could find and durable screen replaced right! The first was a MacBook Air, after I dropped it the screen cracked and I took it there about 2 years ago and they fixed it perfectly. This year I had a 2020 MacBook Pro and my baby stepped on it, I took it to Apple they said $700 and about a 2 week turn around. For all that I might as well buy a new one, I took it to Street Wireless on Aramingo and they said about 2 weeks to order, for the screen to come and to replace it $590. I brought it here and and they only charged me $480 and had it fixed within days. I had to take a last minute trip to FL and it was done the day before I had to leave. The screen looks better than the first time. Don’t judge a book by its cover bc the neighborhood is a little sketchy lol but the work they do is worth every penny. When I get back to Philly I’m taking my iPad and a iPhone there to be fixed. Friendly worker and he communicated with me a lot andddd he gives receipts whether you pay cash, card or CashApp which I paid with all 3 (: idk these people from a can of paint but I trust them with my electronics based on the previous work I had done. TRY THEM! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED (: (: (:”
“Was calling around because My 4 year old ($1500) LG fridge/freezer stopped cooling. Was told by someone else I need to buy a new unit or pay $1000 for parts and labor. Spoke with someone at RTA who advised me of a specific recall LG has for their Refrigerators. Long story short, the rep at RTA got LG to cover full parts and labor for the unit. I paid $0 out of pocket..$0.. let that sink in.. I couldn’t even find my receipt of purchase. They just needed the serial number off the unit. I can’t make this up. I almost bought a new fridge.(I’m posting this because of all the negative reviews, and I feel like they went way above and beyond)”

“I brought in a very expensive 65" Sony OLED Android TV and AVR fixed it to as good as new. All the original built in features worked, such as the App Store, built in Chrome Cast & screen mirroring, even the built in IR blaster work perfectly. Cost was commensurate with original price of TV, and took 3 weeks ish. As expected given the repairs, I had to reload Apps and relogin to streaming servives. Thanks”
