This dealership does not care about customer safety or loyalty. After 3 leased vehicles personally and 22 within my immediate family at Elite, they have refused to offer a reasonable resolution to safety issues that have left me and my children in a life threatening situation, twice. I was told by service there were some "bad apples" in my make/model/year MDX, but couldn't replicate issues that were provided to them with video and photo proof. they are content to leave our family of 5 with an unsafe vehicle for the duration of our lease. buyer beware.

If you are looking to waste your day in a car dealership this is the place to do it. I went in to buy my car out of the lease which took over 3 hours. The salesman was working two different sales at the same time, the paper work was missing files, and finance took their sweet time to actually get the deal finalized.

Dropped 2017 ACura rdx in for service. John the service writer was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle issue and recommended a fix. Car was completed on time. Well done John and Elite Acura for your guidance and support.

Horrible service. I purchased my car certified on 6/9/23 and had to come in today for my first service appt. I made an appt online and arrive maybe 3-4 minutes late. I specified that I was waiting in my appt notes. I got the video and recommendations an hour and a half before they called me and realized that I was waiting that entire time. I arrived at 220 and left at 430. It wasn't the wait that bother me, the service advisor Ryan us really rude, he got into an argument with a customer and upon him returning my vehicle, I noticed the physical key had been detached from the remote and was not in the cup holder, he tried to make it seem like I never had one and then proceeded to say they threw it in the car somewhere and I had to look for it. He's a very lucky person that I took the high road today, I would advise taking your money and time to Davis Acura, it's a shit show here.

I am going to make an appointment for service in the next few days, I will comment later about that event. But I must say that in the past I have always had good experiences at Elite. I bought my last three Acura's there.

I went to Elite Acura to purchase a 2023 Integra A-Spec Tech. I originally went to purchase the car online, and doing this told me the "dealer price" of the car as well as the APR. The APR was listed as 3.9% APR for 48-60 months. I have great credit, and Acura's website didn't have any incentives, but I went to this dealership an hour away for this APR, just to have it be 7.44%. They just told it was an error that could not be honored. They said they would "fix it" on the website. This online option also allowed me to add Acura accessories such as a heated steering wheel and a pet cover for the back seats. The heated steering wheel was listed as $475 online (and on Acura's website) but they tried to sell it to me for just below $900, is $425 for installation at all reasonable? I didn't really think so. They took it off easily, so it wasn't a problem. Just disappointing. They have something called "reinstall" on "ALL" of their cars which is just under $1,000 and can't be removed. It's some sort of stain barrier for your seats, just an fyi your car will be $1k over MSRP. When test driving the car and speaking with my Salesman I asked twice if there would be a spare tire in the trunk and was told yes, both times. He even told me about the nut/bolt that keeps it in place. I had a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback, and loved it. Hence my eagerness to "upgrade" to an Acura Integra. The Civic came with a spare and I used it at least 5 times, 4 of which after hitting potholes, once in the middle of the woods in NJ with no signal at 4am. My spare tire has been invaluable to me. I got home and told my salesman there is no spare tire, he told me there is just an "inflation kit" and "roadside assistance comes with the car". It's basically a portable air compressor. I've BLOWN a tire, this would be useless. I can change my tire in 20 minutes, I don't want to wait what could be hours for Roadside. And just to top it all off, when I got home and I was showing the car to a friend, I noticed a small but deep gouge in the rear passenger rim, after being convinced to pay for tire/rim protection (see above history with flats). After calling the dealership multiple times and texting, my salesman texted me back a few minutes past 7pm when it would be too late for me (an hour away) to get back there with the car before closing. I'd have never thought to inspect every square inch of a brand new car, but apparently that's imperative here.

Very few people can say "I love buying a car at a dealership". So many years dealing with pushy salesman and underhanded tricks, I imagine we are all a little traumatized and enter the doors of a dealership with a great deal of trepidation. That's how my wife and I felt when it came to buy our car. After test driving a number of different models, we decided the Acura MDX met our needs, and it didn't need to be newer than 2020. Apparently, many others in this region felt the same way, as these cars seemed to fly off the shelf. The car we test drove in the morning was sold by lunch. Made it difficult to make an informed, rational decision during a purchase process that was already challenging. Fortunately, we hooked up with Anthony. Anthony Cifaldi at Elite Acura might be one of the best salesmen I've met in 40 years of buying cars. Good energy, not push, seemed invested in making sure our needs were met. When we figured out there was no longer a car on their lot that met our desires, he arranged to pick one up from another dealer more than an hour away. When it was time to deal with the licensing, he made it easy. I don't want to buy another car real soon, but if I needed to I would ring up Anthony. One note Acura Mgmt: Stop saying you are going to detail my car. Running a car through a car washer is not detailing. Getting that spill out of carpet in the back would be detailing.

Had a terrible experience today. I had scheduled an appointment with loaner for today for my wife's car. In the interim her mom fell and is in the hospital. We kept the appointment since her headlight was out and want to be safe. We needed to move the appointment from noon to slightly later since my wife would be at the hospital with her mom helping feed her lunch. I spoke to someone and we moved the appointment. Another person called and verified the appointment with loaner. My wife left the hospital and drove 30 minutes only to be told there were no loaners available. When she explained the situation they were rude and basically said "too bad, you can wait". My wife asked to speak with a manager and was told to take a seat. The manager walked by several times without acknowledging her so she got her keys and left. Had they told me when I spoke with TWO people that there were no loaners I would have rescheduled. Instead they wasted her time and treated her rudely. I've lodged a complaint with Acura about this dealer. STAY AWAY.

I purchased a new Acura from Elite at the end of 2020. The sales person was amazing we had a great experience. I gave Elita 3 stars because of their Service dept; the inability to speak to someone actually at the dealership and the "we can't guarantee" loaners texts on the morning of my appointments. I tried to contact an a person physically at the dealership in Service with no luck. Even their third party told me that they tried to get someone to speak to me directly with no luck. I've tried 3 times in the last month to bring my car in for service, using their online scheduler and each time, morning of they text to tell me they can't guarantee a loaner. I had an MDX for 14 years serviced at another dealership and not once did a I get told they had no loaners. I don't have the patience or time to try and "resolve" this issue with them. I've gone back to the dealership that serviced my MDX. I called, got someone in the service dept at the actual dealership and had an appt booked for the next day with a loaner within 10 minutes. (That dealership always gets 5 stars from me). Elite is not the place to go if you are looking for a personable service experience after purchase.

ANNOYED. they double booked me with one sales agent. he ran in between me and another customer while other sales people sat around. he emailed me one color. i go there at my appt time and of course it conveniently is no longer available and he tried pushing me to get another color. I sat there for 2 hours and got nowhere. i think car sales ppl need to remember buying a car such as an acura is a luxury not a necessity. Us customers dont have to buy a car, however they need to sell cars! sales folks here should be a lil more cognizant of that and the fact that people's time is valuable.

Husband and I have been on the search for a larger vehicle with a baby on the way. We chose an Acura MDX as our top pick. We stopped by Elite Acura in Maple Shade and saw they had a decent amount of inventory available. We went into the dealership and we were greeted by Jerry right away. To my surprise, he was not pushy or "salesy" (if that's a word) in any way which I was nervous about coming in. He was genuinely trying to help us the best that he could which we appreciated. Overall we had a great experience at Elite Acura. The paperwork process was smooth and quick. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease an Acura especially from Jerry!

Usually a good experience here but today, 6/21/2022 really soured me as a long time customer. Brought my vehicle in about 10:55a for a 10:45a appointment. My service advisor, Ryan, went over what number to contact me with even though I was waiting. I stated to Ryan to contact me at my mobile number and not contact my wife. I then inquired about the status approximately 2 hours later (1p). Ryan said I got a text message about the details of what's needed to be done and the cost. He blamed it on the "system" sending it to my wife's number instead of mine. Now, I have to wait another hour to get the service completed. I pressed him why I wasn't notified sooner and he blamed it on the system. I then pressed him as to why it took 2 hours to diagnose the problems. He was blaming it on 2 separate issues such as the scrape in the rim and now a "new and separate issue" of a nail in the same tire. He then said that we only have so many bays and few mechanics which contradicted what he said at 11a that it shouldn't be long as they were not busy. So which is it? Waiting 2 hours (could have been longer if I didn't follow sup) to simply diagnose a tire leak (same tire) is completely unacceptable. No apologies from Ryan, just doubling down on excuses..seemingly blaming me because there was a "new issue" found that is, the nail in the tire, they weren't aware. I don't understand why the vehicle was not taken into the bay after checking in for my appointment and the wheel and tire inspected. Once again, It should not take 2 hours to pull the vehicle around, pull into the bay, place it in the lift, then take off the wheel and inspect all sides of the tire for leaks. It's now 1:22p as I'm writing this writing since 11a for a new tire, alignment and oil change. I will go to reputable auto repair shop that is transparent and competent, not to mention more affordable. Would like a manager to contact me.

Elite Acura is the most professional, modern and efficient Acura dealership in the region. I live in PHL and drive out here to get all of my services & repairs. I've blown out 2 tires on Philly potholes and each time they've quickly accepted the tow, had the right tire and had me on my way ASAP. All service representatives are knowledgeable, most recently Asa went above and beyond and was very courteous.

Elite Acura is one of the best. I never intended on buying an Acura, had multiple cars already, and now live across the country in Colorado, but knew the team here and stopped in to drive a freshly delivered TLX Type-S. Incredible car, and a few days later, with me back in Colorado, Joe Torres and Mike DeMarco did EVERYTHING by text & email for me, the deal was incredible, and worked around my wild back & forth cross country schedule. Car was spotless, accessories requested are perfect, and Sung Kim in finance on delivery day (a holiday, too), beat rates even further and helped with the best coverages. Worth a visit, bigger than most Acura stores you'll experience, and a dedicated team that knows their products and is extremely helpful. Cross country deal? Out of state? Zero issue here. Worth it, and a fun experience. I'll be back!
