It’s been a pleasure using this service and the staff is as nice as can be. I only have good things to say. Anytime I called, the front desk was so helpful. I would use extra space storage again and recommend it to anyone needing some extra space.

The handling of a recent storage auction was highly unprofessional. After the unit was won through a proper auction process, staff member called the previous owner and allowed the original tenant to pay their dues over the phone—on-site and after the auction ended—effectively canceling the winning bid when I was already standing in the office.
This caused me the loss of time and money spent preparing to collect the unit. We already rented a truck to pick up everything plus 1,5 h of driving each way for nothing.
Such actions compromise the fairness and credibility of the auction process and raise concerns about management practices at this location.

The storage facility appears to meet standard expectations in terms of cleanliness and operations. However, serious concerns have emerged surrounding the handling of a recent auctioned storage unit.
After officially winning an auction for an unclaimed unit—having invested significant resources to retrieve it, including transportation and travel expenses—the facility manager contacted the previous tenant, who had defaulted, and allowed them to pay their outstanding balance over the phone. This occurred on site and after the unit had already been awarded through a legal auction process.
The decision to let the original tenant reclaim the unit post-auction invalidated the entire process and resulted in wasted time, money, and effort for the winning bidder. Actions such as these raise serious questions about the integrity of the facility’s auction procedures and managerial conduct.
The issue has been reported to the company's main office for further review. It is expected that corrective measures be taken to uphold the credibility of future auctions and ensure fair treatment of all parties involved.

So easy and convenient.
I booked the space on the car on the way back from another state with my son's school stuff and the space was ready waiting for me with the lock inside when I got home. Could not be easier.

They asked for a review so here goes, I was sick for over a month didn’t work my storage fees are normally $185.86, for that month of me being sick my fees were $401.24 which included the rent from 4/29 to 6/28, includes $22 for insurance for 2 months $29.52 late fee $21.72 tax.
My bill was due 4/29 from having Covid and than influenza A I can barley get out of bed or open my eyes for weeks that’s how messed up I was, payment was made on 5/29. I called in to see if they could help with late fees and was told o I don’t work this location so I can’t help with that and hung up on me. I paid $215.38 which cover the late fee, tax, payment and insurance from 4/29 to 5/29.
Guess what my storage remained locked, because they wanted another payment of $185.86 for
5/29 to 6/29 and if I didn’t pay my unit would remained locked. I was baffled due to the fact it was 5/29 and I was not late as of yet, for the unit to remain locked and a customer is not late is beyond dumb. It made no sense to me I paid it and am now looking for a personal garage due to all the fees, insurance they force u to have, and not being able to work with customer when times like this come about.
Not to mention I heard the rates increases every 6 months!
There’s people hanging out there sitting around in chairs, people riding their Atvs on property, there’s a guy that parks his Nissan all the way in the back takes half his clothes off and harasses people while cleaning his car, they have a family that shows up in a mobile home and clean their mobile home there and also hang out, the front gate was open for weeks the digital key works when it wants to work! Answer any questions you might have
My unit sits near the back my door is always dirty filed with the rain junk that doesn’t make it down into the sewer which is in front of my unit the rope is disgusting as well the part where the locks go are really rusty and bent it’s a tetanus shot waiting to happen! Just happy no water or dirt has made it inside my unit.

Other than that great safe area and the area seems to be cleaner than the extra space units in Philadelphia where I used to rent!
