Mercedes has been so kind friendly and helpful during the paperwork and moving process. She got me and my partner into our apartment in such a timely fashion, it was so surreal and exciting :) if given an opportunity I highly recommend working with her, you’ll def have a pleasant time!

I was looking for an apartment in Fox Meadow and Damaris helped me a lot to find our perfect home. Right from the day I first met her she had a welcoming nature. Every question and doubts were clearly answered. She walked me through all the available apartments until I found mine with smile and warmth. She made my move an easy task. Would highly recommend anyone looking out for an apartment in Fox Meadows to get in touch with Damaris. She is great to work with.

We recently had to relocate from Northern to Southwest New Jersey. Our search for a rental property was an uphill battle until we came across Fox, Meadow Apartments, and in particular Damaris DeJesus. Damaris is a leasing consultant and she made everything a breeze. She’s warm, welcoming, attentive, helpful, friendly, very organized and extremely reliable and very good at what she does. My wife and myself are both very pleased that we have made this choice.
Thank you, Damaris for all your hard work and continued support and for making this move and our stay at Fox Meadow apartments such a pleasant experience.

Working with Damaris at Fox Meadow Apartments was a genuinely positive experience from day one. She greeted me with warmth and professionalism, and made the entire process feel effortless. Whenever I had a question or needed details, she responded quickly and always made sure I had the information I needed to move forward confidently.

I move in July and have problems with the air conditioner and the bedroom with the toilet and there have come to fixing and still have the same problem

This is just not a safe place to live, especially if you are a single female, you are literally attacked, abuse, violated, stalked, harassed, they go into your apartment unknowing, to rob you, stay away from this one

I’ve lived in many places, but this complex is by far the worst. The rent is ridiculously high for what you get. There’s zero security—people let their dogs poop right in front of your door, and you can’t say a word unless you want to risk getting shot. Seriously, do your research; two kids were shot here recently. Theft is rampant—cars get broken into all the time, and people even steal tires and rims.As for maintenance? Forget it. Roaches and insects are everywhere, and they do nothing about it. To top it off, you pay for parking, but after a long day, someone else is always in your spot, and management couldn’t care less. This is my last year here, and I can’t wait to leave this nightmare behind.

I was interested in leasing here after finding ads on craigslist advertising a clean safe upscale community. After further research I saw that it is deeply unsafe for my family as I have a four month old and it broke my heart to see the reviews about rat, mice & bug infestations, poor quality apartments and a high crime rate that has even impacted children involved in shootings. stay away from this place! In fact to any tenants stuck here be sure to document and sue the place until they are closed down or placed under new management. Nobody should live like this it’s heartbreaking to imagine families in this predatory environment.

Moved in 3 weeks ago today attacked by a rat in my kitchen this was not a mouse called ambulance went to hospital need 3 weeks of rabies vaccines called the office they did not respond, but my attorney did !calling health department and filing suit tomorrow 6/3/2024 can't live with rabid rats I'm sure tomorrow I will get a message saying how sorry they are and will try to do better next time

Beware!!! This place is beyond terrible. Trash is always everywhere. There’s soooo many shootings in this complex and fires it’s a damn shame. There’s mice and roaches. The roaches are big as the mice. They charge too much money for a dump. Management should be ashamed. Hell I wouldn’t even work for Fox Meadows! The rent in this place should be $50, especially the way it’s ran. It’s so dirty! They don’t even deserve one star. I’m telling you do not bring your kids here. There’s people shooting and fighting so much in this complex. Take your money else where and live in a community where they actually care and that is safe. The reviews that stated “ it’s a beautiful community and clean” they have to be fake. I honestly believe they write the reviews themselves. There’s drug deals around here as well.

THIS PLACE IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COMPLEX. SAFE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEARTACHE READ THE BAD REVIEWS BC THEY SPEAK THE TRUTH! I wouldn’t pay $50 to live there nor could someone pay me to live there!

I give 2 stars only because the Leasing Agent I spoke to was nice however I observed a Latina leasing agent while I was waiting talking very condescending to a prospective tenant on the phone. You never know who can hear how you interact with others and provide customer service it was poor so I was turned off. The community also from reviews is not good apartments nor safe so I pursued elsewhere. The model unit was very substandard and not worth the price.

I have been living at Fox Meadow apartments for less than a month. So far everything is great. My kids are having a blast and enjoying their summer. I love that they get to play right outside with other kids their age. They love going to the clubhouse and the pool. The staff there is nice and courteous. My leasing agent Mercedes was so patient and so understanding of my situation when I first applied for the apartment. She is personable, kind and patient. I am very pleased to have dealt with her.

Terrible maintenance service. It doesn't matter if we are hot or cold at home. It takes days to come just to look at what needs to be done
