WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Purchase a new 2024 F150 on June 24, 2025 from Holman... Been doing business with Holman since 1987. Shortly after purchasing the truck I notice the drivers front seat cushion collapsing after driving the truck for about 30 minutes, worse after an hour... Took to truck to HOLMAN service, their shop forman agreed there's a PROBLEM, he's seen other seats with this problem and he can fix it ... Holman scheduled it for service on October 23. Holman had the vehicle for five days. When I picked up the vehicle they told me NO REPAIR was done, there's no problem. Called Ford who told me to take it to ECHELON FORD... Long story short, ECHELON FORD fixed the seat...

I know it's not fair to compare dealerships, but I also recently went to Medford Ford, and it was like night and day. I had to call them for updates and such, and the service advisor was not incredibly friendly or welcoming. They also didn't wash my car ;) Conversely, my Holman experience was just top notch. The friendliness, communication, setup, and overall experience Very much on par and actually exceeded my great previous experience with a luxury brand I used to own :)

The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Charlie assisted me while Joe Foley was with another customer. Joe Foley accommodated me with a Lyft ride to get me to work on time. Service was performed above and beyond my expectations and my vehicle was ready very quickly. Thank you, Joe Foley! My vehicle was brought to me as soon as I arrived to pick it up.
