Went it for an oil change, no big deal right ? About several weeks later my oil life went to 20 % ?! It turns out that I had a cracked oil pan because the mechanic at Jiffy Lube at tightened the bolt on the oil pan so tight it ended up cracking the oil pan ! This is the way it was explained to me after I went to Firestone (I won't be using Jiffy Lube ever again !). It cost me 550.00 to get a new oil pan which was totally Jiffy Lube's fault ! I know what your thinking, why didn't I just go back to Jiffy Lube and have them fix the damage that they did ? Because they would of tried to "put it on me" and the tight bolt was not the reason for the cracked oil pan ! These car repair places are con artist !

Sold me on high mileage oil that they said would last 10,000 miles and it didn’t last any longer than regular oil. They got me this time but I’ll never return to a jiffy lube.

Came here or oil change. No appointment needed and service was quick. The staff all did a great job. They vacuumed my car floors, pumped air to my tires, cleaned out the mess behind my air filter caused by mouse or something, and changed my oil and other services all together.

Our car needed an oil change quickly. We knew jiffy lube would be fast, but we were not expecting to have it done in 40 minutes! In a jam and need a good oil change quickly, you need to go here.

The crew here got me in and out very quickly when I went in for an oil change. Patty was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She reviewed my truck details and gave me several options to think about. Very happy with my visit today. This was the Jiffy Lube at 508 S Lenola Rd

THEY SCAMMED ME!!! I had coupons sent in the mail from them and figured I needed new windshield wipers so I called them to find out there prices and told them the coupon I had and the lady seemed very nice(I believe her name was Patty)and told me the price it would be and I explained the coupon I had said it could only be used for that location so everything was talked about and she said come on over so I did. I got there and showed her the coupon and she said "ok hold on to that till the end and pull your car around back" so I did and finally they came and pulled it in to the garage and when I went back in to the building to pay the price magically became more than DOUBLE what she told me when I spoke on the phone and when I had first gotten there AND she came up with a story as to why my coupon wasn't valid!! Why would she tell me to hold on to my coupon till the end and saw clearly what I had but didn't say it wasn't valid before they pulled my car in? The whole experience was AWFUL!! A total waste of my time and a huge scam to just get people in to scam them... Uhg? . Just received a message saying that the coupon was for a different place so like ali said before y'all are just a bunch of crooks... Here is photos of what I received and the address where they can be used and that's exactly where I went! So what was that about wrong location??? Can't wait to hear what your next excuse will try to be?? ??

I understand that they are in business to make money , They tried to up charge my Girl friend and her daughter ( cabin air filters which I just installed before they went ) they also add things to the bill that they do not do - vacuuming inside and washed windows - If you print it on the bill then at least do it ..

Very efficient and personable service. The team that was working there hada lot of experience and cohesiveness. I will gladly return to the South LenolaRoad location the next time.
