Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff who are not pushy and assist with choosing clothing, shoes, and furniture. The store features a good variety of sofas, housewares, gifts, and furniture, often at comparable prices. While the store itself has a large selection and excellent delivery service, some find the parking lot and store layout could use remodeling. Overall, Macy's provides quality products and friendly service.

They have lots of classical, and farmhouse style furniture. Not nearly enough sleek, urban, modern contemporary pieces for me. But, I still love Macy's. ❤️ We good. 👍🏾
