I had THE best experience with my purchase at Maple Shade Mazda! We were on a hunt for my daughter to find the perfect Mazda 3 fit for her. Everyone we came in contact with (Lou, Brian and Jerry) made this purchase and experience easy, fast and memorable! This 2016 Mazda is in perfect condition and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here! Thank you all!!

I worked with Allen this week to get a new CX-30, and it was the smoothest and easiest process I've ever had with car buying. He was extremely personable with me and explained everything down to the last detail. There were so many aspects of my new car that I had no idea of until he sat with me and explained them all. Definitely going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a Mazda.

UNACCEPTABLE AND SHADY. My Mazda 6 Signature was due for a 60,000 mile service. These guys will 100% completely ignore the Mazda service manual which calls for spark plugs to be replaced on the 2.5 Turbo every 40,000 miles. Instead, they give you THEIR preventive maintenance schedule showing '2016 and newer turbo vehicles require addition of spark plug replacement at 30,000 miles'. No it doesn't.I was clear when I booked the service that I don't need spark plugs as I had them done at 40,000 miles. I just want what Mazda's service manual calls for. They won't unbundle their service schedule and insist on a $520 60K service loaded with stuff I don't need, and spark plugs I don't need for another 20,000 miles. They only care about padding their pocket with unnecessary service items. Love the car, but Mazda you are off the list when my wife's Pathfinder gets replaced next year. These guys prey on uneducated consumers.

First of all, this dealership has about 10% of the inventory all the other ones on the same block do, so I would go to them instead. Also, they have multiple locations but only post their cars under one location, so don’t expect it to be easy to figure out where the car is. I scheduled time with a sales rep for 11am. Drove 1.5 hours (75 miles) through Philly just to have them sell the car from out from under me 20 minutes before I got there. They schedule multiple people at the same time, so as long as one person buys, and they make their commission, everyone else trying to visit can pound dirt once they get there. Please go somewhere else, there’s a reason their reviews are so bad.

Wow! That's the best description of the first class attention, service for our new vehicle. Our first Mazda. We noticed 4 other cars were sold while we were there. Price. Comfort. Style and Turbo were what we wanted and they delivered. No haggling. Free oil for the life of the car. My husband Tom and I highly recommend Turnersville Mazda!

Allen was extremely courteous, attentive and made it very easy to choose my final purchase. I had a particular set of criteria..cx5 under a certain amount of miles and "just make things simple" and he connected me to the right car quickly. I had other options but it was obvious to me that the car he found was "the" one for me. Have the car now for a few days and there is no buyer's remorse. Thanks Maple Shade Mazda!

When you buy a car at MAPLE SHADE, MAZDA, TURNERSVILLE you're promised a lot of different things. The problem is you could never get your car in for service they're not open Saturdays they never have appointments. There's nothing available for months in advance. And addition if you don't have your car serviced on a regular basis they won't honor the warrantee that they give you which is only at the dealership. In addition, the oil changes that they give you are free if you can get in to get an appointment. Go to another dealer buy another car maybe Turnersville at Penske they're much better. I was quoted a brake job at Turnersville Mazda, which was a ridiculous price. I ended up bringing it to Toyota at Penske Toyota in Turnersville. I got it for half the price and they did it the same day. Do not buy a car from the dealership.

I worked with Allen this weekend, and he was able to get me into the vehicle of my dreams within a day. He was very personable, and you could tell he really cares about his clients. Before I left he made sure to show and explain each of the vehicles features. I have never had a salesman be that thorough. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with my experience shopping for a car here. I immediately felt at ease in the capable hands of Mr. Fine, a well seasoned professional in my estimation. He really listened and helped me find just the right vehicle for me while considering my budget. I found him knowledgeable and friendly. I really felt valued as a customer and that means a lot these days. I didn't have nearly as good of an experience at other dealerships when shopping around. I highly recommend maple shade mazda.

I had an incident and my right-side mirror need to be repaired so I took it to Mazda Maple Shade. Advisor Eric V. went out of his way to accommodate this job despite his busy schedule. He managed to fix it not only at the lowest possible cost but in the shortest time as well. Kudos to Eric and to Mazda Maple Shade for employing such knowledgeable and dedicated advisors!

My Product Specialist (salesperson) Allen Fine was fantastic! He not only helped me through the anxiety of buying a new car, but he also got to know my wife and I so that he could get a better understanding of our needs. We talked about being dog owners, what our favorite foods are, what our commuting lives are like, and, most importantly, what kind of Mazda would best fit our needs. Also, their Customer Care Package sweetens the deal so much. He even convinced the finance guys to let me trade in my 230,000 mile(!) Mazda when I don't think they really wanted to. This made the sale so much easier because I didn't have to try to sell the car myself or through a used dealership. I appreciated that. Thanks to Allen and the team at Mazda Maple Shade, I am, at the age of 47(!), driving a brand-new car for the first time in my life!

Maple shade lives up to its name and gets by with SHADY business practices.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, especially if you plan on purchasing a car that is in transit! They WILL NOT honor your interest rate or your proposed price and they will NOT make right on THEIR mistakes!I'm an out of state customer and I accepted a proposal on a MZ3 carbon AWD sedan in March after doing a lot of shopping around a bunch of dealerships within a 150 mile radius of my home town (which doesn't have a Mazda dealership itself). Maple shade did not have the car I was looking for on the lot, but did have one in transit, and they gave me the best proposal by a big enough margin that I figured it would be fine to wait the extra month for the car to come in over purchasing from a different dealership that had the car on the lot (See photos attached to this review).I had other dealerships send me proposals on the wrong cars, so I confirmed with the sales rep that the proposal I received was for the car I was looking for, to which he confirmed (attached photo). I accepted the proposal and was told that my interest rate (at that point 4.29%) and my out the door price was locked in, I just had to wait for the car to come in.The expected delivery date came and went, and I inquired about the status a few times during my waiting period, all the while being told that it was on the way and not to worry, my interest rate and price was locked in and everything was all set for when the car came in.Fast forward two months after I accepted the proposal, a month later than expected. I received a call from my sales rep telling me that the car made it to the lot, but there was a problem. They would not be able to honor my interest rate. "Mazda financing has changed in the last two months and it's out of our hands" he said. My interest rate was going to be 6.9%. He escalated my call to a supervisor (and as far as I'm aware, he's the owner of the dealership) who THEN tells me it looks like there's an issue with my out-the-door price, that it was too low, and they wouldn't be able to honor that because i was "Misquoted for a FWD Mz3" even after I confirmed with the sales rep, 2 months prior, that the proposal was for an AWD variant of the car. I sent the supervisor the email chain and he refused to budge at all on his out the door price, even though his dealership caused two GIANT mistakes that would have cost me a sum of 4 thousand dollars and an increase of over $60/month over the course of the 60 month loan. This has got to be some of the most abhorrent business practices I have ever experienced. Not only did Maple Shade hook me with a bait-and-switch low price (And yes, regardless of what you say Maple shade, giving a different price 2 months in after I requested confirmation in my initial discussion and refusing to budge is a BAIT AND SWITCH), they did it during a period where the swing in interest rates was absolutely nuts with a car that is rarely readily available on the lots. When I put my deposit on this car I could have purchased the same car at a closer dealership and had it within a week with the lower rate and made out better than what maple shade tried to peddle to me two months into waiting. After Maple shade pulled this stunt on me I went back to searching online and luckily was able to find a more local (within an hour) car, on the lot, that was the exact same make, model, and trim, with additional optional features, at a lower out the door price than Maple Shade's new proposal, that got even better with a little negotiating. Suffice to say I purchased from that dealership over Maple Shade, although due to the interest rate I still would have been better off purchasing two months ago.Maple Shade, I'm not done with you. This review will be left everywhere I can place it. You wasted my time, money, and patience with this crap and you WILL be held accountable for it.

Every time I have been here, everyone has been extremely nice! They are very helpful, kind, and they know what they are doing. I can’t complain about anyone at the body shop. I know I can count on them to take care of my Mazda. Also for the people complaining, Mazda doesn’t do work for free. If you don’t like the responses and the prices when your car arrives a mess, you will be charged for it to be looked at. These guys get paid hourly and they aren’t going to take hours out of their day to look at your car for free. It’s not their fault what they find. It’s their job to tell you what’s wrong with the car. If you don’t like it, it’s on you. People towing their car there and having issues. There is no explanation on why they didn’t accept the car... The fact that the review has likes and the person didn’t go into detail on why they didn’t accept the car… read between the lines. There are always two sides of the story. Mazda shows nothing but professionalism. If you want cheap, do it yourself or go to a small shop. Mazdas aren’t cheap and nothings for free. If you can’t afford to fix and take care of it, you don’t belong having one in the first place!

It was overall a very positive and seamless experience! Lou was attentive in focusing on what my goals were and helping me reach them when tailoring down the explored options to what would be best for me.I needed a used vehicle that was “new” to me and was able to receive a safe, reliable, and gorgeous CX-5! Coming from a 2009 vehicle and receiving a car that exceeded expectations , my visit was a sure win!
