Every employee was very helpful. Helped me find and fit most of my suit and also helped locate an item a different store carried. Zero complaint experience.

Walked in having no clue what I was doing or how anything is supposed to work in terms of buying your first suit and getting it tailored. Mike was happy to help me out and patiently waited while I tried on 6-7 different colors trying to make my decision. He also guided me on tailoring suggestions. Extremely happy with how good I look in this suit. Go get your first suit with Mike at Men’s in Maple Shade!!

Kevin and Maria are phenomenal. I went to Deptford store and received amazing service, which lead me to this store to finalize all my dress needs. It’s seldom that I receive this level of service with a retail company, but Men’s Wearhouse is doing something right. Thank you guys!!!

I really like Men's Wearhouse. I'm a Gen X male, so it suits my age and style. Plus, I need an XL or XXL slim in shirts and coats, so they carry both modern and slim fits depending on the vendor. Great selection, and they can always send the right size to your home!

Needed a business casual attire on the fly since I was told last minute for a graduation I was invited to. They helped me pick out what I needed and altered it to fit all within the 4 hour time frame I had!

Walked in with my sister and her fiance. We were looking for a wedding suit for him. There were three sales associates, zero customers in the store, and we got absolutely no acknowledgement. Not even a hello, just a couple of rude stares. No one came over as Zack tried on suit jackets. Horrendous service. I hope those dopes work on commission because that commission is going to Jos. A. Bank up the road. Don’t waste your time visiting this store.

I recently visited Men’s Wearhouse and had an amazing experience! Kevin was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what my son wanted, and his suggestions were spot on
I really appreciate how patient and friendly he was while helping us find the perfect suit. The alterations were done perfectly and quickly, and the whole process was seamless. I’ll definitely be back for future needs. Highly recommended!
Thank you Kevin 😊

A small store but very organized. There were only 3 customer service team members working during a busy Saturday (peak time).
I found a couple of items but left without purchasing as there were 8-12 customers in waiting, with NO dedicated register person. In short customer service was lacking this day.

I took my son to Men’s Warehouse for his first suit. The store was very busy on the day we went, but the staff was very communicative and made sure we knew who would help us when. The person who helped us was great and made my son feel very grown up and made sure he knew how to wear everything.

I needed a suit for an awards ceremony I was going to. My mom and I came to the store to buy a suit, which we needed within a week. The guy who helped up out with picking the suit jacket, pants, and dress shirt was very helpful and was juggling us and two other customers at the same time. The suit jacket and pants needed to be altered. The alteration measurement person rushed the marking of where alterations were needed. I will admit I didn’t have my own dress shoes there but that really shouldn’t matter. We come back the Thursday before the awards ceremony which is that Saturday and when we walk in nobody even acknowledges we are there. Another lady walks in behind us to drop off two tuxedos she rented. Another guy walks in with a girl and walks right past the line and says something to a worker and gets helped before those of us in line because the worker didn’t feel a need to say well there is a line so let me help them first. Then we finally get helped and I try on the suit and the jacket doesn’t fit quite right but isn’t as noticeable as the pants which are definitely too short. The employee who is helping us try’s to convince my mom and I we don’t know what we were talking about and that they look fine. He then offered to re-do it but with the closeness of the event and a need to have the suit we denied because Saturday was to close to risk not having it be ready and because if it wasn’t done right the first time why would I trust you to fix it. I wear it to the event and it goes wonderful. The next day Sunday we take it to the dry cleaners to get dry cleaned. The dry cleaner we use also does alterations and hemming. She has me put the pants on and does her measurements and finds that not only are the pants in fact too short but that the two legs aren’t even the same length. So she decides she can make them an inch longer. Then when we are leaving the cleaners she folds the leg up and shows us that they didn’t even properly sew the pants after alterations at this Men’s Warehouse, but rather just tacked it. I want to end this by saying we spend $600 on a suit and over $100 dollars in alterations and then when the job was done terribly they offered to redo it and probably would have charged us more for their own mistakes. Also it’s not about the money, it’s about the customer service which was terrible, alteration measurements shouldn’t be rushed, but talked about with the client, and helping customers should be in the order of arrival as well as acknowledging customers when they enter and not trying to convince them they didn’t know what they were talking. Not to mention the fact that when someone is paying over $100 dollars for alterations it should be done right the first time.
