I pay NAZ to change my oil, instead of getting the free oil change and maintenance that my new Honda comes with.
My CRV with over 220K miles that still runs great and now my Ridgeline with 12K.
I only trust Naz with my vehicles.

I went there for oil change and they leave my oil car drainage bolt loose . Which was so dangerous and my car engine was so hot . BAD SERVICE ……

They are excellent at diagnosing and repairing your vehicle. And HONEST. How do I know, because I asked for a repair of my driver side window that I would have to tap the up button to get it to completely close. They checked it and found there was a reset button inside the door. That was it! Can you imagine that it would have been very easy for a disreputable garage to charge me for a new switch and motor for the window?
I would advise a place like NAZZ. They meet my requirements!

These guys are great! Needed a bulb replaced, and they were prompt and professional. The pricing was fair (maybe even a bit lower than average). Will definitely be taking my car there from now on.

John, Bob, and Jim are great. Straight shooters who get the job done the first time into the shop. No games. Several companies trust them to keep their fleets running too. If you’re new to the area or looking for a new mechanic, do yourself a favor and try Naz. Much better service than local dealerships.

I have been taking my cars to Naz since 1987 and he's always been a straight shooter. I hand a new engine installed in my 1973 Mustang and he rebuilt my 1970 Cougar. His team has changed over the decades, but John is a professional and honest business man.

I don't like to bash companies at all, but. Took my car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change on Nixon Drive They said they wouldn't work on it. Because my coolant was super hot and the engine light was on. So I took it right next to the Naz auto repair shop.
And they diagnosed it and saying, I need a brand new water pump. It's broken. Then I went to go pick it up, they came outside and were like, oh, it's leaking oil everywhere. Glad we found that right now before you had left. Saying oh we need to put it right back on the lift. Then went underneath my car and hand tightened the oil filter and let me leave, said it was 726.00 to put a new water pump in.
I said, can I drive it home?They said we don't recommend it. I literally been driving it now for a month and nothing is wrong with it. And the engine light turned off. Once they tightened everything right upon diagnosis, they tried to get me to pay for something. I don't need, my car runs perfectly fine, I don't recommend them to anyone.They are lying scumbags.
I'm not an idiot.I am street smart and book smart. The way they tried to swindle me into paying for something I didn't need is dishonest work. I would never recommend anyone to this company ever.

I am new to the area and was referred to Naz auto. I just went in for a basic oil change. $90 later I pick up my car and drive home and my engine light comes on. Had the car for over 10 years and never had a problem. Brought car back, said mechanics were leaving for the day and reset engine light. Their advice was, if the light comes on again, then you have a problem. 3 days later I am driving on the highway and my car dies. I call AAA , where do you want me to tow? Anywhere but Naz auto. They seemed like ok guys, my car was older...but what a coincidence huh? I will NEVER go back

John and team are absolutely amazing. I just started taking my car (BMW) here and the prices are very competitive. John worked with my schedule (even gave me a ride as I live 5 mins away from the shop) and got me the best rates! Very happy with the service.

Very kind people. Whatever it may be my car is going in for, even if for just an oil change I know my car is in good hands. They also do an all around check to make sure I don't have any bulbs out, and also make sure my tires have the correct pressure in them. I would definitely recommend NAZ to anyone. Great work, honest pricing! ?

Naz isn't the cheapest repair shop but they're honest. That's worth its weight in gold. Burns Honda told my wife that she needed new brakes and to have her brake fluid changed. Jim at Naz said the brakes were good for another year and the fluid was good for at least another 20,000 miles. That dealership tried to con my wife into a 1200 service that was UNNECESSARY. Naz is a good and honest shop. Can't recommend them enough.
