The store is well organized and has a huge inventory. This is my 3rd visit and the staff is super friendly, patient, and helpful. I sell items. Yes, the amount I get back seems small, but dropping off is less hassle than trying to sell individually on fb marketplace.

Horrible location. Everytime I go they say they aren’t taking donations. Doesn’t matter the time of day or if you call in advance. We constantly have driven over 40 minutes and wasted time to be turned away by rude employees. The boys clothing is mostly empty and the toddler shoes are always disorganized and empty. This location is the absolute worst. They constantly complain they have no inventory but then turn items away that are gently used or new with tags. They will tell you to suggest calling first thing in the morning and showing up first thing but will still give you the same rub around excuse. Common problem at this location it seems.

My first and last time with this location for sales- I’m not going to bash the store and I believe the lady that helped me last night was the manager so if she was you handled things great.. however THE ATTITUDE IN THAT PLACE? The lack of assistance and how pushed to the side I was as a first time seller. I was one of the first couple people in the door at 9:30. I got half ass help and went from a half hour wait time to an hour in literally 2 seconds.. an hour goes by they still aren’t done. They were digging through well over bags that came in after mine. My stuff wasn’t done till after 3pm. I couldn’t arrive till 7 and when I did I was advised that they were only buying 2 of the 6 items I brought .. one of those 6 items was an entire filled trash bag of boys and girls clothes and two used like new sneakers NAME BRAND JORDANS AND NIKES. Make sure you are checking your stuff. They tried stealing from me. The shoes they couldn’t “ find” the one associate was LITERALLY TAFFING THE SHOE AS THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY NEVER SEEN THE SHOES!!! Not only that half of the bag of clothes all my daughters clothes were missing. There was no way for me to go through all the shit they had everywhere to even know what clothing was mine. If you’ve gone and you like it cool but check your stuff bc they definitely trying to get over on ppl! And before someone from the store comments “ you should’ve address it with a manager “ idk who the manager was but i addressed everyone in that store! Times are hard and then you got buinsesses like this that want to not only low ball you, but steal. Count your items, know what you are selling, and check those damn bags before leaving that store!!!

Their Facebook account posts multiple times per week that they need boys clothing in inventory, but I have been in THREE separate times now to sell name brand boys clothing ranging from infants to size 10 and was told all three times that they are not buying clothing.
Please stop posting misleading advertisements to your Facebook account.

I’m complaining because every time I go there they’re not accepting clothes at this time! Or are they offering Store credit? This is a new one Store credit I never heard of that before. I’ve been going there since my daughter was 12 years old. My daughter now is 27 years old. I have another daughter that’s now 13. And every time I go to here is either they’re not taking clothes or is only one bag and this is the new one Store credit! And then they don’t have a big sign. They have one sign so when I’m bringing clothes in oh no, we’re only taking one bag and they’re rude.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. Every time I go in there there is always a new rule for selling that is not posted anywhere. This time “bag must be 13 gallons”. Staff member checking me in had a horrible attitude and even made a comment in front of me saying “I hate doing toys”.

Staff is not friendly .. can possibly find some good deals, a lot can be bought brand new for almost the same price.. have not tried to sell here …

This consignment shop pays you for items you bring to the store as well as give you store credit. The store has clothes for children up to size 20. Many items are in great condition and some are new. Well worth it. They are very busy so if you're planning to drop off items, you will need to wait approximately 6 hrs before you know how much you will receive for the items. Plan to drop off items early in the morning since you will need to come back when texted.

They have barely anything in certain sizes and overkill in others. They only use one of the several registers they have and it doesn’t take tap to pay. They don’t know what’s on clearance so they don’t give you the correct percentage off and then couldn’t credit back the card.

They had unfair prices paid for items and they were unclear on what items they will and won’t purchase. Also, they’re very misleading on why they’re not purchasing items. They wouldn’t take most of my items that were in good condition but fabricated the reason why and wasted my time.

I will never go to this location again. The store is entirely disheveled and absolutely impossible to walk through. The employees working there are also incredibly rude!!

I walked in to sell some items and w/ it being my first time i wouldn’t of known i had to check in myself at the iPad so after 5-10mins of standing there expecting a staff member to greet me and assist me i get stared down by half of them and the other half completely ignored my presence NO ONE said a word to me…the lady behind me had to assist me with checking in bc no one was helping…absolutely unacceptable. These girls are clearly not trained well… it’s ran by a bunch of “kids”who make you feel like you’re a bother when coming to sell. Never mind the low balling offers for GOOD name brand items. I rather sell in Facebook groups than to deal with these people again…and fix your attitudes…there’s no way you all have such low energies and rude attitudes in a business such as this.
