It's sad to see that even the banks are doing away with personalized services and replacing people with machines. To make matters even worse, there's an attendant in the middle of the line that you need to share your personal business with and the rest of the people in line. š”

Zero rating. They used my brother, who wanted a.car loan but had no credit, to embe,,le my arents' trust worth at lest $400,000 plus life insurance checks in my name. My brother is now dead.Meanwhile, he has a savings account ount at this ba nk of $22,000, which is my money or some of it. They repossessed the car he bought for himself. I gave it to the. Before I.found out they stole my trust and life insurance
I have the other car my brother purchased to replace my car he totaled. I use this car to drive to hospitals and doctors without whi h I would die. This bank can return the check of $328,000 from my unncle.

Recently opened an account here. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Michael a new Enrollment Specialist via phone. I was contacted that evening by a very nice young lady Jonnette Senior Lending Processor. I submitted everything to her, was approved and told I could pick up my card at the Moorestown/Maple Shade branch. I went in there and it ALL went down hill. I was helped by a young lady named Ashley. In spite of going through the processor she wanted me to go through hoops proving my address. I had a REAL ID drivers license, pay stubs with my address if needed and other online items. She wanted to know a family memberās membership number who has the same address. I was going to deposit a large amount of money into the account but changed my mind. I started to get up and call it a day. A 20 minute process took me almost an hour. Hopefully, Iāll never have to go into the branch for ANYTHING!! After reading reviews which is the wrong time to read after a process I am left with a further negative taste in my mouth. Iām going to do what I need to do and move on. I only gave a 3 due to the polite service of Michael and Jonnette. After my experience with Ashley I give them a 2. I told Michael Police and Fire started with a 5 but after going into the branch the number lowered. Enter at your own risk consumers and read the reviews first!

Another Lunch Break wasted just trying to make a deposit into PFFCU. In the last few months, PFFCU has installed new machines that have replaced a lot of the teller windows inside. These machines are obviously not user friendly, because they always have to have an attendant stationed at the machines to help people use them. But there is ALWAYS a long line of people waiting inside because even with the help, it appears that any transaction takes forever. I try to go through the Drive Thru because I don't have a lot of time for lunch, but that has been closed the last few times as well. Maybe it's because they have to appoint an employee to help with the new machines instead of working the Drive Thru window. This time I had to leave before I could even get my money deposited because it was taking so long. I hope they get this fixed soon. I would not recommend this facility until this issue is fixed.

Great bank but these new automated tellers are aweful. With all the money PPFCU invested in these machines, I'm sure you could have hired more fantastic people like you already have.

PFFCU has been fantastic for all of my banking needs. I've been with them more than 20 years. The new machines that replaced the tellers are ridiculous. The only reason to physically go to a branch is to speak to someone. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this credit union, but these machines leave a bad taste. Bring the people back.

Update: management contacted me and provided excellent service and empathy. We also went back to open more accounts for another family member.Dont bother wasting your time here. They arenāt any different or better than any other credit unions. They give anyone a loan, which means anyone can be a member⦠not just Police & Fire employees/family. I first applied for an auto loan & credit card over the phone with Ashana on Saturday and she gave me false information. She told me I was approved for both and told me my credit card interest rate would be 14%, all i had to do was provide paystubs to finish the process and open a membership/savings account.I went in-person on Saturday to open an account with Anthony; he wasnāt welcoming and seemed disinterested. He didnāt provide me with the terms & conditions of account or cardholder agreement in person, he said he sent me an email with docs to sign then sent me on my way. I returned to the branch today and was assisted by Mary Ann who was patient and nice. However, I wasnt happy that after I checked in and i was told i was next they skipped me twice. Instead of calling my name as the one I signed in with she guessed and called out a different name, causing confusion. But again, she wasnt rude about it. She then informed me that I wasnt actually approved for the credit card, rate, and limit that I was given by the call center rep, Ashnerā¦.I was technically pre-approved contingent on paystub information and may not be getting the limit i requested or the rate I was told by Ashaner. In addition to that the process of getting a loan and going through approvals is long and tedious as they have to call loan officers and there are none in branch.I spent 3 hours in the branch barely getting anything done. At this rate, i can see myself closing all my accounts and not using the autoloan.

I went into the branch this week to get assisted and the nastiest most rudest supervisor āhelpedā me out. She was a blonde lady named Kara S or something like that. Very rude. Her and I had a quick 10 minute conversation and she seemed like she genuinely hated her role. It does not make sense, why work at a credit union, let alone be a supervisor if you are not friendly towards the guests? Her attitude rubbed me the wrong way and at the end of the day, my problem was not solved. Will not be banking here any longer.

I give the debit card to my mom for buying lunch, and I ask her where she dropped it and now her debit card is gone. Somebody else will steal it.

How can you be a major credit union and have your hours listed as open and be closed just because of a little bit of snow. Canāt wait till my loans are paid off so I donāt have to deal with place.

Props to my former co-worker/friend who tipped me off to PFFCU a good five years ago! Great earning, staff, and perks! CHASE po'd me by not being able to see my savings account online due to inactivity so I closed my account and got a much better plan here! Boom - bing - bang - DONE and happy! Glad CHASE forced my hand!
