I took my granddaughters out for a day of shopping. This was one of their stops they asked for. They purchased a few items. It appeared neat inside & the prices were good. The staff was very nice. I don't understand why I read a review where someone complained about parking. Maybe they went on a Saturday or something. There was plenty of parking here.

Awful place. The workers were rude. Came here twice to sell items, both times before the time they end buying. Both times I checked insta and their social media to make sure they are still buying. I even called half an hour before I came to make sure they are buying. Both times I went in and got rejected from. The workers were rude and acted like I owe them like a millions dollars. Will never try this location again.

Place has been looking nice and organized. Decent options for both men and women. I can’t walk in here without purchasing something. Guri helped me and my family out and made us feel very welcomed!

I read the other reviews and thought it was strange that so many said that it looked like they never went through their clothing. I went today and they didn’t take anything when I had plenty of name brand items. It looks like they looked through the top 3-4 items and underneath everything was folded exactly the same way. So, they don’t even look at the clothing you bring.

My favorite place to thrift!!! Very organized and name brand popular items are displayed on the wall as color for holiday it is that month. Dressing rooms are clean but dusty as well as the ceiling which I assume is an easy fix. Male owner is sweet and I will be returning.

Absolutely the worst Plato’s Closet I’ve ever been to. Third time trying to sell here, months apart, bringing in brand new American Eagle, Urban & Hollister brand jeans, skirts and sweaters unworn with tags. I don’t even think they go through your bags. They randomly make up rules of the day and won’t answer the phone, so you don’t know until you get there what their rule of the day will be, about types of acceptable shopping bags to bring, the random buy hours they’re accepting that day, and almost always have you wait two hours just for you to come back and tell you they aren’t buying a single thing. I can’t understand it considering this Plato’s also has the worst clothing inventory I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible place to resale clothing they don't want to pay the contributor at all. I rather give my clothes away for free

Avoid selling here, they low ball for everything give you dollars for high priced items. And, then rip the consumer off by over pricing used items. Majority of the items in the store are faded, stained, outdated and overpriced. Not sure who trains people when it comes to buying because that store is filled with clutter and nothing trendy, it looks like a store filled with used clearance items that never sold for regular price in stores. but based on the reviews it looks like they are bias and only prefer to buy from a selected “kind” of people. So with that being said I will not be selling here anymore. Please take your items to market place, mercari or just donate them to an organization that will appreciate them these people are for 100% profit they don’t care about getting over on the consumer.

I went there twice in the past few days and only one associate at this location seems friendly. The other woman there along with the men seem like they only want to take business casual and new with tags items and offer very low prices for them. Just today they took all my new with tags items (9 items in total) and gave me $18! Such a scam!! They don’t even show you what they’re taking! Plato’s is supposed to buy clothes that are trendy for young adults and teens and specifically says they don’t want fancy or business casual items but the woman who has been sorting through the buys seems to only want that!!! Can’t believe i’m getting $2 per item that’s NWT!! Needs new associates that’s understand the fashion trends now and not in the business world!Might end up going all the way to deptford to see if the staff is better and knows what they’re doing, such a shame!!

I had rubber made container full of pants, shirts,ECT. Many that were new still with tags. I was told they were not what they wanted, some had stains. ... Nothing had stains on them. They are in perfect condition. But then they said I can donate them to Plato . What a scam. Needless to say I left with the clothes!

Dropped off a bin of neatly organized men's clothes that were in good shape to see if they would buy any of it. Came back once I got the text saying it was done and they didn't buy anything. My problem isn't that they bought nothing, it's that the bin seemed completely untouched. My clothes were stacked in the same order and folded the same way they were originally.. I highly doubt they even looked through the clothes.Waste of time if trying to sell men's items.
