I opened my account in the Maple Shade, New Jersey facility with Tiara… I hate doing things like that over the phone, but she made it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had… Precise, helpful, funny, patient. Recommend highly.

I just rented a unit from here and everything went super smooth. Tierra made the whole process super easy. She returned my calls asap & has been great with everything . Also Tierra has a great attitude and you don’t get that at all storages facilities.

One of your workers (Tierra) is AWESOME! I needed help using the payment computer at my storage as I was having some trouble at first, and Tierra was very patient with me to ensure that my payment was accepted. 10/10 service!

I gotta say so far I am really not a fan. The best thing is the drive up access. It would be helpful if I could see but for some reason there is no lighting in the aisle of both of my units, I even was given my 2nd unit, after paying a transfer fee to change from the unit that I couldn’t drive up to but I reserved online at special price and that they refused to honor (I guess it was that price because nobody wants it?) and neither of the 2 lightbulbs work. So completely in the dark! They also did a terrible job of de-icing or preparing for the winter weather. And I really do not appreciate the stern text messages and voicemails about my “late night” visits. I do not understand why storage facilities have hours if the property manager is living on site. And why can’t I be there after 9pm, I didn’t realize how inconvenient that would be. Overall not really thrilled. Also if you are late after just a few days they will deny your access to the facility. A few days? C’mon.
