Won an auction through this facility, called to try to make an appointment to pick my unit up, no answer from staff no call back. Showed up the next morning during business hours and nobody was on site. Called multiple numbers with no luck of reaching anybody. Customer service was little to no help. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Very unprofessional
