This place has gone downhill. They used to have top notch service but not anymore. When you have to return to the store 2 or 3 times to pick up your monthly scripts and they are often incorrect, is dangerous and irresponsible. When you are supposed to take your meds regularly but can't because of what seems to be a lack of attention to detail is not what I call first class service, which is what I used to get at Smith Brothers all the way back to when it was SunRay. Very sad that Smith Brothers is now taking queues from the big commercial pharmacies like CVS. I'm trying hard to support the little guy but if this keeps up I guess it will be CVS.

We have been going to Smith Bros. Drug store for over 30 years. It seems that sometime in late 2021 or early 2022 the store has new owners and this place in rapidly going down hill. Called in a prescription late week and spoke to the pharmacist and went to pick the prescription up they had no idea of this being called in, now remember I spoke with the pharmacist. Went on Tuesday for my Covid booster at 5:00 PM and there was not enough staff in the store to get this done. Web site indicates that Tuesday through Friday 2:00 PM to 6 PM. The place and the staff are a mess, not to mention one of the two young ladies behind the counter was super rude. And store was quite empty with no customers or shoppers, I guess I was the last to find out?

I've never had anything but good experiences at Smith brothers. They've helped me out with my medication have been willing to give me partial fills when I couldn't afford the whole thing. And they always have covid tests

I LOVE IT HERE! i have recently transferred from CVS to here, and its great they get my scripts to me within minutes. They are great and so kind. the young woman behind the counter Mrs. Robin is super sweet and very helpful. This is a great well ran Pharmacy! I will forever be going here THANK YOU SMITH BROS!!

Horrible costumer service. I’m surprised this place is still open. Do not come here, lady was ahead of me she is a nurse and some young girl yelled her and embarrassed her as the nurse didn’t wear her mask. As the pharmacist watched the young girl yell at the nurse. Do y’all self the favor and go somewhere else not with giving them a business.

Can't remember the last time my script was ready when I arrived. Doesn't matter how much lead time you give. Tonight, met with a woman bellowing "you need a mask" as she wore hers below her nose. Poor customer service.

Will NEVER step foot in here again, don't be fooled by the ma and pa charm of this place. Behind it's doors lurks ignorant monsters. Beware, if you are not wearing a mask you will be chased out the door. Quite literally (The constant inconsistency doesn't help. One day you must wear a mask the next eh no big deal! you don't need one!) I know me and several others in Maple Shade will never be back and as long as they continue to push people who actually do still go there out the door, they will continue to lose money. I was forced to go to another pharmacy and spend my money. Don't see much of a future for this sad store. Good luck lol

This pharmacy has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I have been taking the same medication for over a year now, I have been going to cvs for all of my prescriptions paying $390 for ever refill until I meet my $1500 prescription deductible. But I transferred to this pharmacy today for insurance purposes and the woman who helped me informed me about a savings card that I can sign up for online for my specific medication that brought my cost down to only $5!!! What’s great is I didn’t have to ask her - she openly offered this information to me. You just got yourself a forever customer!

So many changes, so many problems. If it wasn't for Dottie, Robin and Marge.....it would feel as cold as a CVS or Wal-Mart!! Pharmacy has gone downhill and feels like we are numbers now. No more "home town"pharmacy!!!
