Needed a trailer to pickup some large toolboxes that I had purchased. They had exactly what I needed on Friday night I set up online and Saturday morning picked up the trailer.
Staff was very friendly and the process was very quick. They hooked up the trailer and checked my lights. Drop off was also simple that night they were closed, left the trailer in the check In lane and next morning had a receipt in my email.
Now that I know that they have these trailers I’ll be renting them more often.

I had to rent a trailer with a ramp so I reserved one frpm this U-haul. The folks working here were super friendly, polite, and professional. The price was great. I will definitely do business here again!

This location has plumbing issues and when I went to pick up my U haul the customer service representative Aimee had to keep spraying perfume. I rented a U haul for $20 a day but was charged $164.00 for using the U haul for only 1 day and half for a local move. I believe this location is struggling and engaging in unethical business practices to keep their business afloat. I spoke to the general manager Cleo and he was extremely unprofessional and rude. I just filed a complaint and will be escalating this if needed. I'm also going to contact my credit card company and make them aware of this fraudulent charge. I believe because of the plumbing issues their struggling and transferring miscellaneous fees to keep up the maintenance of their facility.

I reserved a 15 ft van got there at 530 although reservation was for 430 and was told it was no longer available/ they changed my pick up location"?" only the 10ft was now available. The windshield was dirty and could not see well during rain, had to windex my window. Making the appointment was an absolute joke I called and got hung up on multiple times and finally when someone did talk the associate told me to just schedule on-line they won't help me. I will use another company next time & won't recommend to anyone. Also was charged for an extra day for being an hour late, when was told that it would be okay. I guess the word "okay" was we won't call the police but you will be charged for another day. Garbage, wish I had 4 thumbs so I could give my experience 4 thumbs down.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. We had the worst experience picking up the truck here. They messed up the keys, and we had to wait over an hour just for the main store to open. The customer service line was useless and just get transferring us or hanging up. Then once we got the correct truck the mileage was messed up by over 2000 miles. The woman working here is no help at all, clueless and non-apologetic. We will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. Terrible.

As in the past, the employees were helpful and friendly. Global scheduling called in advance to let me know the truck reserved for me was in for repairs. They reserved a comparable truck for me at a nearby location. Great experience.
