Set my appoi tment, walked in. They were quickly able to diagnose and provide a price, better cost then elsewhere. Quoted 2 hr turn time, came back just over an hour and they were already complete. Tech was pleasant and helpful and repair is seemless

What can I say other than very shady and deceptive business.
I called the night before to confirm the full cost of the repair, including taxes and fees, and was given a clear quote. I made the trip out based on that number. But upon arrival, the price suddenly increased by 25% with no justification.
Bait-and-switch tactics like this aren’t just unprofessional, they’re disrespectful to your time and money.
Trusted Microsoft partner? 🤔, I wouldn’t trust them with a USB cable, let alone a full repair.
