“You can find new and gently used clothing. Im never disappointed when i come here to buy theirs always variety unlike the other store in Deptford. Selling can sometimes be worth it, sometimes they will def piss you of bc you have something new but bc it looks too "ethnic" or "urban" they won't take it.Thank you for hiring more black people in there.”

“Wow--what a wonderful find along the road we were on! Creek Mercantile offers antiques, vintage, and some new decorative items. Everything is attractively displayed... It's the kind of shop where you walk into certain sections and you want EVERYTHING! Home decor, vintage furniture, greeting cards, many decorative items. I'm not finding the right words to describe it, but I will post 6 pictures which should give an idea of how attractive everything was! Definitely somewhere I intend to visit again!”

“This place is fantastic... unlike any other consignment I've been to before. It was my 2nd time there today, I've decided to keep checking in with them because the selection NEVER disappoints, there's something about it that's super classy but also kind of homey.”

“If you like sports memorabilia, this is the place to go. There are all types of interesting items and products you may never have seen before. They also sell on Ebay which is great if you're not the in-store shopping type. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. The Bucks County Baseball Co isn't just a shop but an experience you don't want to miss.”

“I've been here consistently for 3 years (& counting) & it took me this long to write a review?!? So my review is based on my many years of experience shopping at Circle Thrift (CT). Get ready as this will be the most comprehensive review ever on my favorite store in Philly (& maybe all of America? maybe the entire world?). Times I've spent here At most: 2x / week Usually: weekly At least: biweekly CT standard not-on-sale $ (pricing system): Prices here are undefeatable! The cheapest you'll find anywhere! Frugal people gather around! Orange tags: $15 Any colored tags depend on the week: for the colors not on sale, unless otherwise specially marked: Men's Shirts: Short-sleeves: $3; Long-sleeves: $4 Tanks: $3 Bras: @@@@@ Underwear: (don't remember seeing boxers) Swimwear: 1-piece set: $4; 2-piece set: $2/ per piece T-shirt Top (Female): $3 Long-sleeve blouses/shirts: $4 Pants, Shorts: $4 Pants, Long: $5 Leggings: $4 Athletic Tops: $3 Athletic Pants: $4 Dresses: $7 Skirts: $4 Suits: $10 Blazers: $6 Trousers (Men): $10 Sweaters: $5 Ties: $1 Lounge/Sleepwear: $4 Sweatshirts: $5 Sweatpants: $4 Outerwear: $10 Kids clothing: $1 Shoes: as marked price Books in CT2: hardcovers: $2, softcovers: $1 Items in CT2: (ie furniture, large items, knickknacks) as marked price Items I've seen here: A whole range for different genders and age groups including newborns & children. Since CT is located in Fishtown, a hip neighborhood, the items that are donated here are usually purchased by people with modern/ good taste. I've also heard wealthy people donate newly bought items here for tax benefit/write-off purposes. I've seen anywhere from fast fashion items (H&M, SHEIN, Forever21, Walmart, etc.) to quality (anthropology, everlane, Banana Republic, J. Crew) to high-end (Brooks Brothers, Stuart Weissman) to luxury brands (though I don't think they authenticate items nor am I able to distinguish so buy at your own caution. But I saw brands like Fenty, LV, Gucci, Valentino, etc.) Any items you'd think they'd have, they'll have albeit not in store all the time but if the timing and coincidence are right, it'll be there. & any item you don't think you'll need, but you buy to need, you'll find here. From lingerie to undergarments, to cookware & dish-ware & utensils & appliances, to electronics, to footwear of all kinds including ice skating boots, to clothing of all kinds including coats and scrubs, even wedding dresses, to socks and hats, to newborn & baby onesies/ footsies, baby accessories like hats & shoes & bibs & toys, to seasonal decors & gift bags/ cards, to the arts & crafts corner with yarn, to linens, bedding & cushions, to suitcases & personal bags of all kinds (book bags, duffles, female bags), to garden pots, to PJs, Pros about this store: Discount/ sale system: & explanation of their turnover rates: Weekly items discount for 50¢ for that week's color (of items less/ = $10) or 1/2 off (no limit) for that week's second color. Weekly discounts begin on Wednesdays. Items have fast turnover rates in the store (unlike Goodwill which is why Goodwill seems like digging through trash) + affordable pricing system + discount system = there's always treasures to be found. If an item is without its color price tag, it will automatically be CT's regular price. To describe it; Small selection but fast turnovers, so it's best to go often as there are new items every day. Staffing: The people here are so friendly! I've always seen Ivan here & he brightens our day! Scotty is a ray of sunshine in CT2. The only cons/downsides: No bathroom for public use... due to privilege being abused by druggies... *sigh*, but they're not unreasonable about it if you're pregnant. I'd go to Riverwards Produce Market grocery store or Cake And Joe bakery for a close bathroom (see Google map picture). No haggling. Strict about this one even if the condition of the item is not ”

“Fantastic consignment store. There is plenty of space to browse comfortably and the dressing rooms are large so if you’re trying on multiple things it’s very comfortable with good lighting.Items are displayed with style and in clear categories for ease of shopping.Scored three items. A camel coat, a snake print turtleneck and a Chanel suit! The coat wasn’t even priced yet but they let me try it on and we’re able to provide a price within a few minutes! (Not all consignment stores will do that. Some make you wait and come back which is a hassle, and a potential loss of sale, especially as I don’t live in the area). When I’m in the area I will make a point to stop in again. Beautiful things at every price point weather you’re looking to spend $25 or $1,000!”

“Came in late this afternoon and purchased a Louis Vuitton wallet for my wife’s birthday. The staff there was amazing, very friendly, and there were many things to choose from. They made the entire process very easy and wrapped up everything like it was brand new from the manufacturer. highly recommend going in to see them. And they are opening a new store in Margate this summer! Thanks again great job!”

“After having worked for their preceived major competitor in this area, I only give to Goodwill as they neither try to proselytize nor do they discriminate based on orientation. No hidden agenda here.”

“I have been dealing with Ava for sometime now at Caroline’s in Haddonfield . I’ve consigned with her . As well as bought items from this store . Ava is very knowledgeable, not pushy and extremely sweet. The store has a Botique feel , it’s well stocked with beautiful designer merchandise in amazing second hand condition. “Outstanding customer service in Haddonfield’s bustling retail strand. But the real Star is this reseller’s Consignors. You will not see a more magnificent collection of great fashion in great condition. My last visit just a few weeks ago, I overheard a young woman say, “I don’t know why I keep going to Macy’s when I can just come here.” Truer words never spoken. If you leave empty handed I’d be surprised. The owner is an exceptional Curator who only selects the best things. I walked away with a Patricia Nash leather backpack and a pair of vintage Bakelite-like hoop earrings for just over $100. You’ll find well priced basics like Anthropologie to real Couture. I’ve seen loads of real Gucci, Lauren and Valentino. Handbags to die for; special occasion dresses, SO many jeans, great estate jewelry, and accessories galore. Some of the sassiest hats I’ve ever seen in one spot.Pure Couture understands your fashion jones and fits anyone’s budget. If you’re a little short but have to have it, you have the rare privilege of Layaway at Pure Couture. Not many Consignments afford their loyal customers that courtesy. Another reason to love Pure Couture is the affordable metered parking lot right in front of this fantastic shop.”

“I recently visited 2nd Ave. thrift store and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of finds available, especially for those interested in flipping items for resale. Among the treasures I discovered were a sturdy kids' bookshelf, a complete punchbowl set with 11 cups neatly wrapped inside, and a silver-plated double casserole with lids. These items not only showcased the store's diverse inventory but also its commitment to offering valuable and unique pieces at affordable prices. Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I highly recommend this thrift store to anyone in search of hidden gems!”
