There is usually a small line on weekdays at noon with people sending packages but the employees try to be quick yet polite . I had my passport pics and application done here and the lady that assisted me was excellent . I appreciate the help they always give me !

My daughter always comes to drop packages off at this place. We always come in and the same woman with long black braids is there. Everytime she says hello to my toddler. She is so sweet. Today she gave her a little teddy bear. That's good customer service. She had a great day because someone showed her love! Thank you !

Horrible! This is the SECOND time I make an appointment to renew my children’s passport and both times I go in they have an excuse as to why they can’t see us! The first time they had a sign at the door stating they didn’t have enough employees which I understand but they don’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know not to go in. I go in today and they tell me the agent has to leave early so I won’t be able to renew my kids passports again!! And once again no one has the decency to even call ! Like if I have time to play around with him ! There’s an older lady there who has an attitude and doesn’t seem to care! I will never go back to this post office again and I suggest neither do you !

If I could give this post office zero stars, I would. I paid $10 to mail an important document priority mail on 1/21/25. It still hasn’t arrived.
Worse than that, I gave them six bills to mail. NONE of them arrived at their destination! I had to pay $180 to stop payment on all six checks, so I can repay my bills. I spent all day calling companies to straighten out this mess.
When I went to the post office, the postal worker could’ve cared less. The manager was nowhere to be found and never returned my phone calls.
Avoid this place!

This is the worst post office in the state. They steal your mail. They do not deliver properly. They lie to your face and laugh at you when you proceed to show proof. These people are gonna have a day in court.

This post office is the worst when it comes to getting service, they're always doing passports and you always have to wait in a long line. If they're going to do Passports they should have another window open just to serve people mailing things. I have to wait in line sometimes for about 20 minutes for 30 second transaction because they're busy doing passports. And the postal workers do not move fast at all. I've been going there for 3 years since I moved to town and I've never seen so many people getting passports in my life. Half the people don't speak English. I'd like to know how they got into the country if they didn't have a passport and they don't speak English. You would think if they were born here they would have been taught English in school.

Today on Wednesday 08/07/2024 when the mail person was delivery mail to my address at 7 Ivy CT Apt C Maple Shade NJ 08052 at the Park Crossing Apartments he or she made a big mistake and accident by putting on of the letters from my bank with my banking information in the mail slots of one of my neighbors. Will the Post Master General of the Maple Shade Post Office please bring the mail person into their office and tell them to be more careful and double check the mail from now on. I am very angry that mail from my bank with my important bank information was put in one of my neighbor's mail slot. Fortunately my neighbor is a good and honest neighbor and put the mail in my mail slot.

I’d like to thank a very friendly and professional worker of that facility. Her name is Diona. I was there with my parents to apply for a new passport. It was crowded at that time, but she was really attentive to us and all of the other visitors. We appreciate her time and I give her 10 stars!!!⭐️Thank you Diona for your great and fast service!

Every single time I go in there I’m given bad information or the staff just refuses to do anything outside of the bare minimum and can’t provide guidance on how to fix whatever the issue is. I know this because they refuse to do things other local post offices have no problem doing. Other customers are almost always rude as well. Avoid this post office unless you like leaving frustrated…
