I’ve tried to give this CVS location a chance but every time , not sometimes , every time I go in there they are always out of stock! Shelves are empty. Not much of a selection like most cvs. Prices are higher then most locations, Unfortunately I will drive to Union location they are 24hrs , staffed and shelves are always stocked

A pharmacy where you can find almost everything in medicines and varieties for personal hygiene. Good service and ample free parking.

There is an extremely rude pharmacist at this location. They couldn't clarify my questions and they spoke back to me with a rude attitude. I have no idea if this person was a man or a woman. It sounded like a man, but honestly could've been a woman. So incredibly rude, zero customer service and this person hung up on me. They should be fired immediately. I will have to change pharmacies after this experience.

This is the worst CVS drug Store, I have ever had the displeasure of shopping in! I asked the person behind the pharmacy counter to please have someone open the plexiglass section, where the allergy medicine is kept under lock and key. First, she never looked at me to recognize me, when I approached her for assistance. Secondly, when I said excuse me, she made an utterance; which isn’t a professional response to a customer. No one ever came to assist me. I asked a worker, who was scanning and stocking selfs for assistance. He went and got the key and gave me access to the section I needed.There are some pleasant and professional people at this CVS location. But they are few and far in between. On the whole THEY SUCK!!!

This pharmacy is awful. They've almost completely done away with cashiers at the front of the store, otherwise the store part is ok. The pharmacy has long been a disaster with long waits at both in store and the drive through. The drive through is no longer. There's a sign that tells you to go in instead. I went in one day and the line was almost 10 deep. The dead flowers for sale are the cherry on top. I've complained to corporate who resolved to fix the wait times, but it's actually gotten worse. So now I'm moving my prescriptions to mail order through my health insurance pharmacy.

I patiently waited on hold for the pharmacy to pick up for over an hour. Eventually someone picked up and without saying a single word to me hung up the call. According to Google they were less busy than usual at the time that they dropped my call. Very unprofessional.

I called to get a status on my sons antibiotics and of course I had to wait minutes and hear elevator sounds.Then accompanied by hail of rudeness. I had other questions but the call came a sudden end.

NEVER USE THIS CVS! I would like to thank this CVS for their dismal customer service today. Two days ago I scheduled a COVID test for this morning. I have receive 3 confirming emails and 9 texts confirming the appointment. I arrived and got this helpful response “I wish they would stop this. We don’t test here.” People keep coming for tests”. The incompetence and the apathy are mind boggling. BTW why did I thank them for this incompetence? THE TEST COSTS $69.99 AT CVS, $19.99 AT WALGREENS!!!!

As everyone has spoken to, there is a very rude young lady working there which treats you poorly over the phone takes no action at all and then she says who did you speak to I do not know bla blaEven her colleague critic her but she is still there.I have been trying too get a simple medicine for my kid 3 times already they tell me to go and is like I am just d*** as they have nothing in their system.It wasn’t always perfect but they are falling apart.

I must agree with all the reviews here , I have the same problem many times at this pharmacy, seems like no one known anything , you waited for hours to tell you they don’t have the medication, closed in the middle of the day when people’s need services. Very unprofessional worst customer services experience I ever received. Management need to do something about the bad service at this location.

The pharmacy here is simply not well managed. It is not well stocked nor attended by professional individuals. The pharmacy’s personnel are often curt and short when responding to me. Today (5-17-2023) my husband waited 60 minutes (after being asked to wait for my prescription to be filled), only to be told they did not have the medication at this location. They wasted an entire hour of his day because they were too unprofessional to provide him with accurate information when he first arrived. This is not the first time we have had an issue filling a prescription at this pharmacy.About a year ago, I switched to an online prescription service. This experience further underscores my decision. I will try my best not to visit this pharmacy again.

I had y doctors send two Rxs to CVS Maplewood and I received no calls text messages from CVS confirming refill processing for either or that they don't fill insulin pump supplies. When I call I am on hold forever and they do ot transfer Rs from CVS Caremark.
